What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks & cash.

Do you honor tax exempt status to non-profit organizations?

Yes. A completed & signed copy of your TN Tax Exempt Certificate or 501 (c) (3) determination letter must be presented with each payment. We cannot honor out of state tax exempt forms. Payment must be made with an organizational check or credit card.

Groups eligible for tax exempt status will not be charged 9.75% TN state sales tax. However, they are responsible for 2.5% county amusement tax and 1% county food tax on prepared food. All tax rates are subject to change without notice.

When is payment due?

Reservations including reserved group meals and Dixie Stampede/Lumberjack Adventure combos must be paid 2 weeks in advance. Reservations consisting of admission tickets and/or cash value meal vouchers only may be paid in advance or upon arrival. All payments must be made in full. We do not accept partial payments or deposits.

Can you send my tickets ahead of time?

Ticket prepaid at least 2 weeks in advance will be shipped to you at our expense, upon request. We strongly recommend this option to expedite your group's entry into the park.

How do I change the number of tickets that my group needs?

Final counts on reservations that include Dixie Stampede/Lumberjack Adventure tickets as well as reserved/catered group meals are due 2 weeks in advance. Reservations consisting of park admission tickets and cash value meal vouchers only may be made up until the day of your visit. There is no need to call with changes to park admission only reservations until your count is final. Please contact us at (888) 428-6789 to make changes to your group reservation.

Can I change my group's date of visit?

Please contact our office at (888) 428-6789 to change your visit date. Changes to reservations that involve a reserved group meal, Dixie Stampede and/or Lumberjack Adventure must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled visit date.

What if it rains on the date of my group's visit?

Dollywood & Dollywood's Splash Country will issue a rain check if the length of your visit is negatively impacted due to weather. Individual rain checks will be given when one-day admission tickets are presented at the Groups Booth. Rain checks MUST be obtained before leaving the park. Rain checks will be valid for one-day admission on any operating day in the current operating season.

How can I cancel my group reservation?

Please contact us at (888) 428-6789 if you need to cancel your reservation.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds will be given on returned, unused admission tickets or cash value meal vouchers providing that your number adjustment does not cause you to drop below 15 paid admissions/meal vouchers. A decrease in numbers may reduce the number of comp admissions/meal vouchers to which your group is entitled. If this occurs, please return any forfeited comp admissions/meal vouchers. Otherwise, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds will be given in the same manner that payment was made. Check refunds may take up to 15 business days.

Can group tickets be exchanged for a Season Pass?

Yes! For less than the price of another day's admission, your group members can enjoy our park all season long! Upgrade pricing varies. Please call us at (888) 428-6789 for more information. Tickets must be upgraded on the day of your group's visit only. Person upgrading used admission ticket must be present to complete transaction. We are unable to make exceptions.

Can I bring food into the park?

Due to health & safety regulations, outside food, beverages, glassware & coolers are not permitted inside Dollywood or Dollywood's Splash Country.
