All three offerings get start with a delicious assortment of bread, soup and salads and a baked potato bar with all the fixin’s, and kids’ menu choices are always available as well as an assortment of delicious sweets. And here’s what you’ll find to fill you up on each special night’s menu:

Beale Street BBQ Dinner Buffet (Thursday)

Each Thursday evening, guests will enjoy the mouth-watering tastes found at our Beale Street BBQ Buffet. Try slow-roasted Memphis dry rub pork ribs, pulled pork, hickory-smoked beef brisket and charbroiled mesquite BBQ chicken – or have a sampling of each! Don’t forget to add some maple cured bacon baked beans, braised collard greens with applewood smoked bacon, corn pudding and carrot and pecan casserole.



Prime Time Dinner Buffet (Friday)

It’s prime time featuring slow roasted carved prime rib with garlic and thyme each Friday evening! You can also choose from buttermilk fried chicken or BBQ bourbon beef tips with mushrooms and onions. Then add rustic mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, sautéed okra and tomatoes, broccoli and cheddar gratin, and honey and thyme roasted carrots. Enjoy apple pie for the perfect end to your prime time meal!



Louisiana Creole Dinner Buffet (Saturday)

Cajun cooking blends with Southern style in our decidedly delicious dinner featuring the best tastes from the Louisiana bayou. Saturday nights feature a Louisiana Creole Dinner Buffet with New Orleans shrimp etouffee, Creole-style gumbo with Andouille sausage and a Savannah crawfish boil with smoked sausage, corn and red potatoes, to name a few appetizing treats. Finish off your tasty trip down South with Bananas Foster with fresh baked pound cake.
