The Backstage Restaurant will be offering a Christmas buffet this year during our Smoky Mountain Christmas Festival with a carving station.
Buffet side items - Cornbread dressing, apple walnut bread dressing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, sweet potato casserole, macaroni & cheese, green beans, corn pudding, broccoli casserole.
Buffet Entrees - Fried Chicken, Cades Cove Pulled Ham, Beef Stroganoff.
Carving Station - Hand Carved Orange Marmalade Glazed Airline Turkey Breast and Hickory Smoked Pork Loin with Cranberry Sauce and Honey Mustard Sauce.
Holiday Desserts - Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Pumpkin Roulade.
