Ham ‘n’ beans are a southern dinner tradition, and we like to serve them up with a skillet of fresh-baked cornbread.  Add coleslaw, sliced onions and you've got yourself a country feast.  Other favorites to try are the meatloaf, beans' greens, Cades Cove pit ham, Cades Cove pot roast, Cades Cove BBQ beef sandwich, Cades Cove BBQ chicken sandwich and Cades Cove pulled ham sandwich.  You can always try Fronie's Sampler which consists of Cades Cove pot roast and Cades Cove pit ham with mashed potatoes, pinto beans, turnip greens and fruit cobbler.  We also have Cornbread Salad (romaine and fresh mixed greens topped with carrots, purple cabbage, boiled eggs, Swiss cheese, Cades Cove pit ham and cornbread croutons.).  Whichever you choose, I know you will be satisfied.

During our Christmas Festival, we have a holiday sausage & pinto beans platter which is skillet fried mettwurst, sautéed onions, pinto beans, red beans, sausage and rice.  For those cold days, we also have our own creamy vegetable soup served in a bread bowl.

To top it all off, for dessert we have fruit cobbler (fresh baked apple, peach or blackberry) and your cobbler can be served with homemade vanilla ice cream compliments of Granny Ogle.
