Advance registration
is required for all activities. Craft
classes are in Celebration Hall and are approximately one hour in length. We will try to accommodate requested class
times however it may be necessary for Dollywood to change your schedule
due to demand. You will receive notice of any changes with your tickets.

One-Time Showing of Journey to the Center of the Earth
Come early and ride Journey to the Center of the Earth. Gates will open at 9 a.m. and the ride begins promptly at 9:05 a.m. Be among the first guests of the day on this special trip just for Home School Families. Ride begins promptly at 9:05 a.m. There is no additional charge to participate, however, this is a ticketed event and advance registration is required. Non-motion seats are available.

NEW! Hills, Hollers, and Harmonies -- Music of the Great Smoky Mountains
Come hear some great, old-time musice of the early settlers to the Great Smoky Mountains. Learn about the fiddle, fretless mountain banjo, lap dulcimer, and guitar. Sing and play along as you hone your mountain music skills on homemade rhythm instruments such as the spoons and washboard! As taught by Ranger Lisa Free from the Division of Resource Education of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

- Ages 12 & Up
Students will learn to make a scrapbook page using stencils.

Candle Making - Ages 8 & Up
Students will learn how to craft candles in the same fashion as Dollywood's own Candle Craftmen.
Cost: $6.50 per participant

Embossing -
Ages 5 & Up
Students will stencil and emboss greeting cards and envelopes.

Stained Glass Fish (Ichthys) - Ages 10 & Up
Students will create a Sun Catcher to portray a popular symbol of the Christian faith
Cost: $10.00 per participant

Stained Glass Mosaic Doorstop - Ages 5 & Up
Students will design and create an original stained glass mosaic doorstop.
Cost: $10.00 per participant

Stained Glass Mountains - Ages 10 & Up
Students will create a Sun Catcher to capture the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

Stenciling -
Ages 5 & Up
Learn to stencil and stamp for fun and gift giving.

Stepping Stones
- Ages 12 & Up
Using stenciling techniques, students will design and create a stepping stone
for home or garden.
