HEIGHT & WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
All equipment used by Skyline Eco-Adventures meets or exceeds all industry standards for safety. Prior to gearing up, all riders must meet these criteria:
- Minimum 48 inches tall
- Minimum 80 pounds weight
- Maximum 270 pounds weight
CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
All shoes must be closed-toe and secured at the heel; flip-flops and slides may not be worn.
Clothing should be seasonably suitable. For example, shorts and top during the warm spring/summer months, light jacket and pants during the cooler fall/winter season.
OPERATING SCHEDULE
Dollywood's season begins in early Spring and continues through December. SkyZip is open each operating day during daylight hours. The attraction is only closed in the event of inclement weather.

SAFETY INFO
You will traverse steep, uneven terrain on walking paths similar to Great Smoky Mountains National Park hiking trails.
You must be in good physical condition and have the ability to walk on uphill slopes, uneven terrain and loose gravel. In addition, you must have the ability to swing with the use of cables, harnesses and ropes at heights up to 125 feet above the ground.
You must be able to move at a jogging pace when landing on the inclined landing ramp.
You should not participate in this attraction if you have an extreme fear of heights, have any back, neck or joint concerns, or are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
Safety equipment, including harnesses and helmets, is provided and required to ride. All equipment used meets or exceeds industry standards. All safety equipment must be worn at all times including walking trails. Safety equipment cannot be altered after inspection by SkyZip’s Adventure Guides.
Loose items, including cameras, are not permitted on this adventure.
Each rider must sign a waiver prior to participating. Minors under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian. Riders must be between 80 and 270 pounds and at least 48 inches tall. Those riders under 13 years old must be accompanied throughout the tour by someone 16 years old or older. (Download waiver here.)
