What is Q2Q?
More time, less wait!
Q2Q reserves your place in line at select shows and rides while you enjoy all that Dollywood has to offer! It’s a convenient and easy-to-use electronic line management system that reserves your spot in line for select shows and rides by renting a small portable device called a Q-bot. While all shows and rides are still FREE with your paid admission, Q2Q will reserve your spot in line so you no longer need to wait!
Why use Q2Q?
Waiting in line is no fun. Fun is rides, watching shows, shopping, dining, seeing a craft demonstration or just exploring the park. Using Q2Q doesn’t physically place you at the beginning of the line—it simply does the waiting while you have fun!
On which shows and rides is Q2Q available?
DP’s Celebrity, Showstreet Palace, and the Pines Theatres offer Q2Q seating. Rides offering Q2Q service are Mystery Mine, Timber Tower, Thunderhead, Thunder Road, Smoky Mountain River Rampage, Sky Rider, Dizzy Disk, Dollywood Express and Tennessee Tornado. Q2Q is for paying Q-bot participants only. Please be aware that your Q-bot will hold your place in line at the theatre until 5 minutes before your designated show. After this time, your Q2Q seating will be released, at your Q-bot will no longer give you entry to the selected show. You can take your place on a ride you have reserved at any time after the time shown on the Q-bot.
How much is Q2Q?
$10 (plus tax) for the first person; $5 (plus tax) for each additional member of your party using the same Q-bot. One Q-bot is valid for a maximum of six people. At participating shows, children ages three and under who sit on a parent’s lap do not require a Q-bot reservation. For rides, all passengers must be assigned to a Q-bot. Q2Q theatre seating capacity is limited.
Q-bots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited daily. You must be 18 years of age (ID required) to rent a Q-bot.
A valid credit card or cash deposit is required for Q2Q rental. Gold and Super Gold season passholders must make and complete the transaction, and season pass must be presented at the time of purchase to receive discount.
How does Q2Q work?
Visit the Q2Q Reservation Center in Adventures in Imagination to rent a Q-bot for the day. Once you have completed a rental agreement and your transaction, you will receive a Q-bot(s). Before leaving the Q-bot rental office, reserve your seats for available shows and/or the Dollywood Express at one of the easy-to-use kiosks.
Reserving a place in line for a ride may be done from anywhere in the park. Simply use the buttons on the Q-bot to scroll through the list of available rides. Each ride will appear on screen along with the ride’s wait time. You may make your selection using the Q-bot.
Remember to secure the Q-bot in a safe place, preferably a belt loop or pocket, close to your person. Before your selected show and/or ride time, a beep and vibration will indicate that it’s time to make your way to the attraction.
For shows, you must arrive 5 minutes or more before your scheduled showtime or your reserved seat(s) will be made available to other guests. You may enter your selected ride any time after the displayed time on the Q-bot. It’s that easy! If you need assistance, please visit the Q2Q Reservation Center.
At the end of the day, simply return your Q-bot to the Q2Q Reservation Center. Unreturned Q-bots will be subject to a $225 charge to the individual named on the rental agreement.
