There's nothing more nostalgic than a carousel ride, and Dollywood's carousel features 60 beautifully painted animals, including the lead horse that is lovingly referred to as "Dolly" because of its flowing blonde mane. Calliope music fills the air and creates a fun-filled setting where moms and dads steady their little ones as delighted first-time riders sit tall in the saddle. Or, grandparents reminisce as their own memories take them back in time. Smiles abound as the carousel spins, spreading laughter to all aboard.
