Sausage Works

Maybe smoked sausage didn’t originate in the South, but the idea to cook it up in a five-foot BIG SKILLET™ sure did. We grill it with onions and green peppers and serve it piping hot on a fresh sandwich roll. Our hand-cut and deep-fried potato ribbons or chili cheese potato ribbons compliment them quite nicely.
