If you are having an authorization issue on your payment for your renewal, please check the zip code on the billing address within the checkout page. That is a common issue that we have seen. But please let us know if you continue to receive this issue at 1-800-Dollywood.

If you have received an email or phone call from our team regarding entitlements in your online account, you will find those entitlements under your order History within your online account.

Since we had to add these entitlements to your account after your purchase, we are unable to add them to the Entitlements section within your account. Apologies for the confusion. You can access them from the order History module within your account though. Simple click/tap the order for $0.00 Amount to get to your added entitlement(s).

We have three sizes of all-day lockers for your convenience: standard-size lockers are $12, large-size lockers are $17 and jumbo-size lockers are $22. Lockers are located throughout the park and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Cash (exact change) and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Please refer to the park map for our many locker locations throughout the park.

If park operations are interrupted because of severe weather and your stay is shortened, you can request a Rain Check—just ask. Rain Checks are distributed at any ticket window and are valid until the end of the season. They will not be distributed just because it rains. Rain Checks are not available for Season Passholders.

TimeSaver H2O passes are not rain check or refund eligible.

We encourage you to bring your own towel when visiting. Towels are not provided but are available for purchase if you need one. Look for these items at Riverside Trading Post or at the Retreats and Canopies booth.

Tubes are provided at no additional charge on a first-come, first-served basis for the wave pool, lazy river and tube slides. No personal tubes, noodles or floats will be allowed in the water, including children's water wings (Without an accompanying life jacket), flotation seats, inflatable rings, or bubble packs.

Smoky Mountain weather is very unpredictable. You should obtain an up-to-the-minute weather report prior to your visit. Simply use the zip code "37863" on the weather website or mobile app of your choice.

All attractions will close when our park radar indicates cloud-to-ground or cloud-to-cloud lightning within a 10-mile radius. Attractions re-open when lightning clears a 10-mile radius for 15 minutes.

Tips For Visiting With Children

Dollywood’s Splash Country offers two Family Care Centers for the convenience of our guests in the Cascades and the Big Bear Plunge areas. Each facility offers a climate-controlled environment with:

  • One glider and footstool
  • Baby changing station
  • Adult changing table (Big Bear Plunge location only)
  • Sink

Please refer to the park map for our many locker locations throughout the park.

To ensure guest safety, children can participate in attractions when they meet the minimum height requirement established by the attraction’s manufacturer. To determine which slides and attractions are suitable for your child, please visit Dollywood’s Splash Country’s Centralized Measuring station located next to the first bridge upon entering the park (the building shared with Splash Photos).

Your child will be measured by a Splash Country host and given a color-coded wristband to help you identify which attractions he or she is tall enough to enjoy. The wristband’s color corresponds with the information displayed on signs at each attraction. Taking advantage of Splash Country’s Centralized Measuring service early in the day can help you and your family avoid the disappointment and frustration of waiting in line only to discover your little ones aren’t tall enough to ride. Children can ride if they meet both the minimum height requirement and additional rider requirements as established by the ride’s manufacturer to ensure guest safety.

For the safety of our guests, children must be 13 years old or older to enter without an adult. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by a supervising companion 16 years old or older. Unescorted children will not be admitted to Dollywood's Splash Country. If a child is excessively separated from their party, there may be consequences for the supervising companion. If parties are separated, please contact a Dollywood's Splash Country host with a radio or a Dollywood's Splash Country Security Officer.

Life vests are provided at no additional charge and will be required for non-swimmers and small children at the direction of the Lifeguards. Personal life vests must be USCG approved and in good condition. Water wings, flotation seats or bubble packs may not be used. Life vests are strongly recommended for weak swimmers.

A limited number of single and double strollers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee is $18 for a single; $20 for a double (plus tax) per day. Discounts are available on stroller rentals for Two-Park Gold or Two-Park Diamond Passholders.

Swim diapers must be worn by babies / toddlers not yet potty trained. Swim diapers are available at the Riverside Trading Post.

Space is limited, and reservations are highly recommended.
