Furnishings / Features
While each cabin is different and furnished by the individual owners, certain things can be expected in each lodging. Such features include a pool, hot tubs, Jacuzzi tubs, game rooms, pool tables, fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, and more.
Supplies
In order to make your stay more comfortable, your cabin will be stocked with all necessary linens and a starter supply of soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels to get you through the first night. Directions to local grocery facilities are available when you check in.
Housekeeping
It is up to you to maintain the cabin to the same standard you would like someone to keep your home. We ask that you be respectful of the owner and subsequent guests. Departure maid service is included in the rent; however, if the cabin is found to be in need of extra cleaning after your departure, you are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $100.
Maintenance
Things in our cabins can potentially break down, just like anywhere else. Should you encounter such an issue, please report the problem to our office during office hours and we will seek to make repairs as soon as possible.
Variability
Since the cabins are individually owned and decorated, each cabin will be different and is subject to change without notice.
Availability
Should a cabin become unavailable for any reason outside of our control, you will be reassigned to a comparable cabin.
In order to get full enjoyment out of our hot tubs, we ask that you employ these simple practices. Please leave the cover of the hot tub on when not in use; this will ensure that the water will retain its temperature and unwanted debris will not enter the tub. Please shower before entering the hot tub; some lotions, perfumes, etc. react with the chemicals in the water and may cause a burning sensation or irritate the skin. Please do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. The covers are fragile and you may be held responsible for any damages. There is a $45 fee per hot tub during your stay.
It is recommended that you do not stay longer than 30 minutes in the hot tub. To do so could cause dizziness and temporary health problems. Hot tub use is strictly at your own risk. By using the hot tub and by reserving the cabin, you agree to absolve Dollywood Cabins and the owner/manager of any and all responsibility related to the hot tub or its use.
Hot tubs can be fun and relaxing if the people using them are healthy and responsible. Hot tub use is strictly at your own risk. Persons who have high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or who might be pregnant are strongly urged NOT to use the hot tub. If in doubt, please consult with a physician prior to using the hot tub. Hot tubs can cause your blood pressure to rise if you have been drinking. You should never wear jewelry into the hot tub due to the chemicals and the heat.
Please do not add any soaps, bath products, salts, oils or perfumes to the hot tub water as it causes the water to become cloudy and bacterial contamination may arise from misuse. We also request that you not eat in the hot tub. Food particles may ruin the pump and/or cause mold and infectious problems.
Shower before and after hot tub use.
It is recommended that children age 9 and under should not go into hot tub. All children under age 14 should have at least one adult supervising at all times. Hot tubs are NOT swimming pools for children or anyone. We do not permit swimming in the hot tub. Do not allow children to play in hot tub or remain in the hot tub for extended periods as their bodies are more sensitive to the heat. An infant or child can drown in any body of water including hot tubs. Vigilant supervision is essential for all children at all times.
Renter assumes all risk involved in the use of the hot tub for all occupants of the cabin and any invited guests.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests of the registered renter are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or illness arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Behavior
During your stay, please keep in mind that you are a guest in someone’s lovely home. We ask that you be respectful of the property and of any neighbors you may have. An adult (age 21 or older) must always be on the property if children are present.
Occupancy Limit
The occupancy limit is listed on the reservation of each cabin and is not to be exceeded under any circumstance.
Legal Restrictions
All laws and ordinances are to be observed by all parties on the property.
