What Do I Do If I Have A Reservation?

Based on daily changes in the status of the coronavirus pandemic and guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa is closing on March 24.

We are constantly re-evaluating our options, but at this time we are hopeful that Dollywood and the resort will open in May. Our first priority is the safety of our hosts and guests.

Dollywood's DreamMore Resort is just minutes from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country in the Great Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The street address is 2525 DreamMore Way, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Important information about your reservation at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa:

  • Your room reservation will be held as booked. If you would like to modify (based on availability and room rate differential) or cancel your reservation made for March 14-27, 2020, you may do so without penalty even if the rate was advertised as “non-cancellable” or “advance purchase.”
  • Reservations that include tickets to Dollywood, Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction, and/or Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show will automatically be refunded for the cost of the attraction tickets within seven days of your arrival date.
  • Please be aware that only the cost of the added tickets, not the guest room, will be refunded if no action to modify or cancel the reservation is taken.
  • If you booked your reservation through a third party travel website, (i.e. – Expedia or please contact them directly to learn about their cancellation policy.


Cancellation Policy For Individual Reservations March 28, 2020 through April 30, 2020


  • You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
  • You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours in advance, which will be based on availability and room rate differential.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to additional fees.
  • If you booked your reservation through a third party travel website, (i.e. – Expedia or please contact them directly to learn about their cancellation policy.




Cancellation Policy For Individual Reservations After May 1, 2020


  • Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be credited a full refund of the room deposit and any applicable tax and package components.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Any remaining room nights will be cancelled with no penalty.

Daily self-parking at our hotel near Dollywood is complimentary. Valet parking is available for an added fee. Parking is limited to one space per room. No commercial, trailer or RV parking permitted. Parking is limited to registered guests at our Pigeon Forge resort.
Yes. A 24-hour self-service ATM is located adjacent to the exit doors by The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort on the first level.
A complimentary business center is located adjacent to our ticketing/concierge desk. This business center is equipped with a printer.
Yes. We would enjoy serving you in our spa, DM Pantry, Song & Hearth.
Our resort privileges, including our trolley, are for registered resort guests only.
Dollywood's DreamMore Resort offers an on-site guest laundry, located on the lobby level. (Additional charges apply). Laundry soap available for a fee.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in many areas of the Pigeon Forge resort including the main lobby, guest rooms, and pools.
At Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort you don’t pay a resort fee. Credit/debit cards are authorized at check-in for the anticipated total of your stay. Use of debit cards are discouraged as banking institutions place a hold on your account for the anticipated total of your stay as part of the authorization process. Holds can affect your available balance. Release of holds also vary by bank and can range from 1-14 days.
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve, check-in or stay at the resort. All guests 18 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification is required at check-in.

Resort guests who misplace or leave an item during their visit are reported to the housekeeping department with a description, date and time found, person who found it and full guest details (if found in the guest room). Please be advised that lost and found items are only stored for 30 days at the property.

With the exception of ADA recognized service animals, we do not allow pets at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort.
Gold Passholders - Save up to 10%, based on seasonality and availability at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort, available Sunday – Thursday.

Super Passholders - Save up to 20%, based on seasonality and availability at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort.

Note: Season Passholder discount valid for room stay only. Valid season pass required at check-in. Not applicable on food & beverage or merchandise purchases.
Smoking, including vaping, in our Pigeon Forge resort or in guest rooms is not allowed. Designated smoking areas are indicated on our resort map.
The hotel and its staff reserve the right to enter your room for any purpose including, but not limited to, performing maintenance and repairs, or checking on the safety and security of guests, property and employees.
No. Guests are not permitted to have firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind at any Dollywood property, including Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa.
