Dollywood offers rental services that make your park visit more enjoyable. In one location, you can rent a locker, stroller, wheelchair and electric convenience vehicle (ECV). You may have questions about these popular amenities before you arrive, so I'll try to answer the most common inquiries in this blog.

May I Reserve Rentals in Advance?

Most of Dollywood’s rentals are available at the park on a first-come, first-served basis. ECVs are the exception. We offer a small number available to reserve online. If ECVs are sold out online, I recommend still coming to the park—as long as you arrive early. There are more ECVs available in-person than online. There is a good chance you can claim one if you enter the park at opening. Reserve an ECV online. The only way to reserve an ECV in advance is online 48 hours in advance. Dollywood’s Contact Center (1-800-Dollywood) is not able to help with this request.

If you reserve an ECV for May 15, but you decide to come May 16, it will not be waiting on you. (Other rental services are only available on first-come, first-served basis at the park.) The date you reserve is the only date the ECV will be waiting on you. Keep this in mind because some ticket types have flexibility. Your ECV rental does not. If you need to cancel or reschedule your ECV rental, call 1-800-Dollywood by 5 p.m. the day before your visit.

To rent a stroller (single or double), head to Rental Services inside Dollywood. It’s located to the left as you come through the main turnstiles.

To rent a locker, find the locker kiosks throughout the park. They are self-service.

For convenience, we have pulled some wheelchairs and ECVs closer to Dollywood’s transit hub. As long as they’re available, you may pick up an ECV here whether you reserved it in advance or not. When they’re all claimed there, look for them at Rental Services.

Because we spread out ECV rentals between the entry plaza and the Rental Services location, the line to reserve strollers moves more quickly now!

Lockers don’t require keys, so when you close out your locker for the day, you’re all done! To return strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs, you just take these amenities back to Rental Services as you head out of the park. Because we have to charge the ECVs, we ask that you return it to the Rental Services building even if you picked it up near the transit hub.

Did You Know?

If someone in your party needs a little extra help with mobility, you can utilize the guest drop off temporary parking spots. Look for some just past the transit hub where the trams and trolleys drop off, and look for a few more outside the Preferred Parking entrance. This will get your loved one a little closer to the gate. You can use this for drop-off and pick-up.

When you reserve an ECV, it is yours for the day. We understand that your plans may be to come to Dollywood for the second half of the day so you can enjoy our Sweet Summer Nights fireworks and drone show. The ECV will be waiting on you at opening and will be available until the park closes.

You are welcome to bring your own stroller, wheelchair or ECV. If you plan to do this, know that the first car on every tram is reserved for people in wheelchairs and ECVs. Strollers must be collapsible so they are able to fit with you on the tram. Dollywood’s resort trolleys have the capability of loading and unloading strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs.
