For a few months now, you've been hearing about Golden Events and Golden Hours for Dollywood's 2022 Gold and Diamond Passholders. Today, I'm able to give you a better idea of what to expect. I'll focus mostly on the Golden Events we have already nailed down (more are coming!), but I'll quickly explain Golden Hours.
Beginning this March, Gold and Diamond Passholders will be able to use their passes the first hour of park operation as a TimeSaver for Dollywood attractions. This perk will be available every day Dollywood is open. This is different than Early Ride Time which you can learn more about in this blog.
New this season, we are offering exclusive events designed for Gold and Diamond Passholders. While we're still working on additional opportunities, I'll go ahead and share what we can confirm is in the works:

Before anyone else gets to experience our new drone and fireworks show (during Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration) or see the new Hoot Owl Hollow installation (for Harvest Festival, featuring Great Pumpkin LumiNights) we are inviting our Gold and Diamond Season Passholders to a preview event the night before those festivals open. 
The other events on the docket will have limited seating, but we're offering multiple chances for the experience. We will send emails to let you know when you can reserve your seat. 
For the events at Dollywood's Splash Country, you must have a Diamond Pass and arrive early to take advantage of priority seating. We will drop the rope a little earlier for those who have a Diamond Pass to snag seats at the Ranger Station on the wave pool deck. And, for the VIP seating, a Gold or Diamond Pass will get you into the VIP seating section on the wave pool deck to enjoy the live music of Splash Bash LIVE. 
And, Diamond Passholders should keep an eye out for emails about even more exclusive opportunities throughout the year!
