Ahhh, the change of seasons is upon us. It's time for warmer weather, brighter days and of course, more trips to Dollywood. Springtime has finally returned to East Tennessee in all of its brightly colored floral glory, and with it comes the return of the Flower & Food Festival presented by Covenant Health. If you are planning on visiting Dollywood between April 22 and June 5, you will get a front row seat to this award-winning spring event that stretches across food, de©cor, entertainment and even a pop-up attraction. With this festival providing so much to a park that already hosts more than 50 rides and attractions, you'll want to be up-to-date on everything that Flower & Food brings to the park. Here are some quick tidbits to keep in mind while you plan your visit this spring.
Just like the rest of the world, Dollywood has been experiencing some supply chain struggles. As a result, not all of the festival installations will be completed at the start of the festival. Features such as Umbrella Sky, while on display, will not be fully completed until after the first week of festival operations. If you are visiting in those early days, you might want to plan a trip for later in the season to make sure you see the full imprint on the park.

The highly anticipated pop-up attraction, Dolly's Butterfly Garden, will open with the festival in the Chasing Rainbows building. This state-of-the-art installation pairs Dolly's music with a motion-activated digital experience. The experience is a limited-time offering so be sure to check it out while you can!
This immersive attraction will offer an exclusive "Diamond Event" opportunity for the duration of the festival. That means Dollywood Diamond Passholders will receive early access to this attraction every Saturday of the festival. These passholders will be able to enter the park starting at 9 a.m. and enjoy early access to Dolly's Butterfly Garden an hour before the park opens. This ERT is a Diamond exclusive and is offered on top of the already published Early Ride Time Schedule for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders. So, enjoy the garden, the exclusive ride time, or both!
Dollywood's culinary team has pulled out all of the stops to make sure your taste buds go on an adventure during your visit. The central hub for new menu items is the Market Square and Rivertown Junction areas of the park. This section will host festival food booths as well as a reimagined menu for the Market Square BIG SKILLETS.
Reuben Spring Roll at Till & Harvest[/caption] This area is far from being the only place with limited-time offerings. Nine dining locations throughout the park boast new items for Flower & Food Festival. From Reuben Spring Rolls at Till & Harvest to Blueberry Cheesecake Fudge at the Sweet Shoppe, there is no shortage of fresh tastes around every corner.
Flower & Food Sweet Treats at the Spoltight Bakery[/caption] Don't forget! You can purchase Flower & Food Tasting Pass for your visit! This pass gives guests the opportunity to taste five culinary items throughout the park for one price. Tasting Passes can be purchased at any festival food location or online. If purchased online, passes can be redeemed inside the Sweet Shoppe during your visit. Did You Know? Visiting multiple times this festival? The Flower & Food Tasting Pass isn't limited to a one-time visit. The pass can be redeemed at any participating location through the entire length of the festival! Validity ends June 5, 2022.
Be sure to check out Dollywood's Flower & Food Festival running now through June 5!
