Erica Ho (Dollywood Insider 2018-2019) originally started Goodbye Normal (goodbyenormal.com) as a way to document her family’s international adoption journey. They have adopted from China and Ethiopia. Since then, the blog has grown and continued to embrace her daily walk through parenting, faith, travel and other odds and ends. Erica also serves as the Director of Missions at America World Adoption (awaa.org), sending teams out to care for orphans around the world. She resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and four children (all ten and under). Her family has enjoyed making memories at Dollywood since moving to Tennessee nine years ago.
