Book your stay at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort and receive two Smoky Mountain Christmas Tasting Passes to use when visiting Dollywood Nov. 4, 2023 - Jan. 6, 2024. (The cost of two one-day Dollywood admission tickets and Tasting Passes is included in the reservation total and is charged with the first-night deposit.)

The Smoky Mountain Christmas Tasting Pass allows guests to enjoy up to five festival food creations at select culinary locations at Dollywood. Guests can choose to redeem all five tastings at one location or a combination of approved festival locations.

When you book a stay that has Dollywood admission tickets, you receive exclusive privileges only available to guests staying at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort.

Guests of Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort, with valid Dollywood admission tickets, receive the following exclusive privileges and savings:

• Resort Guests Have Priority Access: Resort guests with valid admission to Dollywood are granted priority access to the park.
• Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Each Dollywood Resort guest with valid Dollywood admission receives a complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver. (That’s a value of $60 per person, per day.) Resort guests with a Dollywood TimeSaver can enjoy five expedited entries on any of the participating attractions, as well as priority seating at shows in participating theaters. These complimentary TimeSaver passes can be upgraded to TimeSaver Plus or TimeSaver Premium passes during your visit. Note: Expedited entry on Big Bear Mountain is only available with TimeSaver Premium at this time.
• Complimentary Door-to-Door Transportation: The Exclusive Resort Trolley makes it simple to get to and from Dollywood, dropping you off steps away from the fun! By riding the Exclusive Resort Trolley, you will save the standard parking fee of $25 per day, per vehicle.
• Complimentary Package Delivery: Purchases of $25 or more made throughout the day from Dollywood’s merchandise shops, as well as fragile or oversized items, will be delivered to your guest room free of charge.
