I’ve received my digital TimeSaver tickets after purchasing online, now what do I do?
Proceed directly to any participating TimeSaver attraction and present your mobile tickets for entry to the ride. You will use your mobile TimeSaver tickets all throughout your visit.
I purchased my tickets online but I didn't receive any tickets. What do I do?
Oh snap! Let's see if we can find those, they are pretty important!
Let's check a few things first:
When you were purchasing online, did you select Print-At-Home as your delivery method? If so, you should see an orange button on your order confirmation page that says "View Your Tickets Now" and an orange button in your order confirmation email that says "Get Tickets." One of those two buttons will get you to your tickets.
If you did not select Print-At-Home as your delivery method, there is no ticket to deliver online. So, if you selected Will Call, you will need to stop by the ticket booths at the park to retrieve your tickets when you visit.
If you selected Mail/UPS, we'll send your tickets to you but if it has been a bit of time and we haven't, please let us know.
Now, if you did indeed select Print-At-Home and you still can't find your tickets, let us know and we'll track them down.
Can I Buy My Tickets At The Dollywood Information Center Located At Traffic Light #8 On The Parkway In Pigeon Forge?
No. Tickets may only be purchased at Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country’s front gate.
Do I Need To Be Present And Enter The Park With My Guests?
Yes. You must be present to purchase VIP tickets and enter the park with your guests for your tickets to be valid.
Limited Activity Admission Tickets
We do not have a limited activity ticket. Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country tickets include all rides, shows (except special ticketed events), museums, crafts and other attractions (except for our paid games).
We do not offer AAA discounts at Dollywood or Dollywood's Splash Country. However, some AAA chapters have opted to sell Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country tickets. Contact your local chapter to determine if tickets are available.
We offer reduced / free admission to a number of area attractions, tickets to other regional theme parks, tickets to Bristol Motor Speedway and a whole lot more. See, we even keep you happy when you are not at work.
May I Sell My VIP Pass Or Tickets Purchased With My VIP Pass?
If you sell your VIP Pass or tickets purchased with your VIP Pass, you will be ineligible to receive VIP program benefits from there on out no matter if you change businesses or not
How do I change the number of tickets that my group needs?
Final counts on reservations that include Dolly Parton's Stampede/Pirates Voyage tickets as well as reserved/catered group meals are due 2 weeks in advance. Reservations consisting of park admission tickets and cash value meal vouchers only may be made up until the day of your visit. There is no need to call with changes to park admission only reservations until your count is final. Please contact us at (888) 428-6789 to make changes to your group reservation.

Can I still use my Bring-A-Friend (BAFF) Tickets?
Yes. When you make a reservation for the passholders in your party, you will be prompted to include any BAFF Tickets you wish to use during your visit. BAFF Ticket validity still applies when making a reservation, and you can only include a specific BAFF Ticket in one reservation.
Does the validity extension also apply to daily tickets?
No. The validity extension only applies to 2020 Season Passholders.
Can group tickets be exchanged for a Season Pass?
Yes! For less than the price of another day's admission, your group members can enjoy our park all season long! Upgrade pricing varies. Please call us at (888) 428-6789 for more information. Tickets must be upgraded on the day of your group's visit only. Person upgrading used admission ticket must be present to complete transaction. We are unable to make exceptions.
The Dollywood Company is privileged to support countless not-for-profit organizations with ticket donations. These tickets are meant to be used to raise monies at fundraising events which will provide monetary support for charitable purposes. Monetary contributions are not provided directly by The Dollywood Company; the donation of Dollywood theme park tickets can be used by non-profit organizations to assist with financial support at fundraising events.

If I’m staying at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa OR Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Cabins and would like to purchase tickets to the park, what do I do?
Lodging guests purchasing stay packages that include dated tickets to Dollywood and/or Dollywood’s Splash County will be granted priority access to the parks and no additional reservation is required. Lodging guests with Season Pass will be granted priority access to the parks and are not required to use the Reservation System to reserve their visit.
Do I Receive Free Parking And Discounts On Food And Merchandise In The Park With My VIP Ticket?
No. Your VIP discount is only valid on admission tickets.
How Many Visits Do I Get For Each Park?
Your Pass is good for 14 total tickets. Each ticket may be used at either Dollywood OR Dollywood’s Splash Country – not both.
What If I Don’t Bring Recent Paystub, Earnings Statement Or Photo ID On Day Of Visit?
You will not be issued a VIP Pass and will not be able to purchase VIP priced tickets.
Do I have to print my tickets I purchased online or can I show them on my mobile device?
For your convenience, we have made your tickets and vouchers mobile friendly. You can absolutely show them on your mobile device for park entry. You are also more than welcome to print them out if you would like.
On Season Passes, you can present them on your first visit to the park on your mobile device. But you will need to stop by the ticket booths on or before your second visit to get your physical Passholder ID card.
Can you send my tickets ahead of time?
Ticket prepaid at least 2 weeks in advance will be shipped to you at our expense, upon request. We strongly recommend this option to expedite your group's entry into the park.
Is The Free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass Like A Gold Pass?
No. The Free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass does not include bring-a-friend tickets, free parking, in-park discounts on food and merchandise or additional discounts on premium experiences.
I purchased my tickets online but I didn't receive my confirmation email. Can you resend it?
Oh dear! Sorry about that. Sometimes there is a glitch in the system or a typo in your email. No worries, though, we are here to help. Simple complete this form with as much of your order information as you can and we'll resend your order confirmation email.
Alternatively, the page that was presented after completing your order online is your order confirmation page. You can bookmark that page to retrieve your tickets and receipt until you visit. When accessing that page later, you may be asked for the phone number you provided during checkout for security purposes.
How can I get a groups refund?
Groups refunds will be given on returned, unused admission tickets or cash value meal vouchers providing that your number adjustment does not cause you to drop below 15 paid admissions/meal vouchers. A decrease in numbers may reduce the number of comp admissions/meal vouchers to which your group is entitled. If this occurs, please return any forfeited comp admissions/meal vouchers. Otherwise, your groups refund will be adjusted accordingly. Groups refunds will be given in the same manner that payment was made. Check refunds may take up to 15 business days.

Free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass Limitations
The Free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass does not include bring-a-friend tickets, free parking, in-park discounts on food and merchandise or additional discounts on premium experiences. It also cannot be upgraded to another season pass type.
Media Admission Policy
Dollywood welcomes the working news media. Our media admissions policy provides member of the working media the opportunity to become familiar with our parks’ many story angles. It also allows members of the working media and a guest the opportunity to enjoy the park. This courtesy is extended only to active members of the working news media (see detailed list below). Administrative, sales and/or retired personnel are not included. The qualifying media representative MUST accompany his or her party, and a photo ID is required to acquire tickets.
Please read the admission policy prior to completing and submitting the Media Ticket Request form. Requests that do not comply with this policy will not be honored. Working members of the news media in the following categories qualify:
- Print Media: Publishers, Editors, Reporters, Writers, Photographers
- Broadcast Media: Station Managers, Producers, News Directors, Assignment Editors, Promotional Directors, and "On Air" Personnel including anchors/hosts/DJs, reporters and photographers.
- Freelance Writers who provide confirmation of assignment.
For those who qualify:
- A maximum of two (2) complimentary tickets per one-time visit during the operating season (please refer to the applicable park’s operating calendar) are offered.
- Complimentary media admissions do not include separately ticketed concerts or special events.
- Request for tickets must be submitted via the Media Ticket Request form at least three business days prior to your visit.
- Tickets are printed for the day of your visit only at the Information Window located at the Dollywood Information Center at the intersection of traffic light 8 and the Parkway in Pigeon Forge (just beneath the Dollywood billboard/marquee).
- Working crews (including still photography) must be escorted by a Dollywood Public Relations representative at all times. No motorized vehicles can be used to transport equipment in the park during operating hours.
Members of the working media who wish to visit one of our Dollywood properties to gather information for a story must contact a Public Relations Representative.
All requests for complimentary tickets MUST BE submitted via the Media Ticket Request form. No phone requests or emails will be accepted.
What is the VIP Pass Program?
The VIP Pass Program is an exclusive benefit for area partners who display Dollywood Company collateral or approved signage. VIP Pass Program partners receive the lowest price on Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country one-day tickets as a benefit of the program.
The Dollywood Company supports not-for-profit organizations in Dolly’s home state of Tennessee that aid and improve the quality of life for families with children or seniors.
To support the fundraising efforts of these organizations, we donate two Dollywood theme park one-day admissions per fundraising event per year.
One-day admission tickets may not be used as door-prizes or giveaways. Donated tickets must be used to generate funds for the approved cause.
Due to the number of donation requests, not all requests can be fulfilled. Those outside of the listed parameters will not be processed.
- Tennessee organizations only
- Submissions must be made no more than 45 days prior to fundraising event
- One request per fundraising event per year
- Organizations must support families with children or seniors
- Request must fit the criteria of the program to be approved
- Request must be submitted online only. No written requests can be fulfilled

Bus parking is FREE! Your group will unload in our bus parking area and proceed to our nearby designated groups entrance for park entry. Your group should exit the park at the point of entry for easy access to the bus parking area, from where your bus will load and depart.

When is payment due?
Reservations including reserved group meals and Dolly Parton's Stampede/Pirates Voyage combos must be paid 2 weeks in advance. Reservations consisting of admission tickets and/or cash value meal vouchers only may be paid in advance or upon arrival. All payments must be made in full. We do not accept partial payments or deposits.
Where can I find my Pass within my online account?
After linking, purchasing or renewing your Pass from within your online account, you can find your Pass ID as well as your barcode in your online account as well.
Option #1: Link & Manage Passes page
On your Account Overview page, simply click/tap the "Link & Manage Passes" button to go to that page.
Then, you can click/tap the View This Pass button to get your Pass ID and barcode
Option #2: If that doesn't reveal your Pass and you have recently renewed or purchased that Pass, try your Order History table.
That Order History table is located at the very bottom of the Account Overview page or the Transaction History page.
Once there, click/tap the arrow on the far right of your recent order.
Then on that next page to retrieve your digital tickets, simply click the orange bar across the bottom that says "View Your Tickets Now".
Can I Upgrade My Admission Ticket To A Season Pass And Take Advantage Of The Online Payment Plan?
No. One-day tickets cannot be applied to online purchases. However, you may upgrade your one-day ticket to a current year's Season Pass for a nominal one-time fee at the park. This transaction must be completed at the park on the day you redeem your one-day ticket to be eligible for the upgrade.
What if it rains on the date of my group's visit?
Dollywood & Dollywood's Splash Country will issue a rain check if the length of your visit is negatively impacted due to weather. Individual rain checks will be given when one-day admission tickets are presented at the Groups Booth. Rain checks MUST be obtained before leaving the park. Rain checks will be valid for one-day admission on any operating day in the current operating season.

As a guest of Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, you are guaranteed the lowest online price for resort rooms. Plus, you qualify for exclusive privileges that are only available to resort guests with valid admission tickets.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort for the duration of your stay.
Complimentary self-parking is available at the resort. Valet parking is available for an added fee.
Refer to the Entertainment Schedule and Park Map upon arrival or online (when available) before you arrive. Then, identify any shows that you wish to see, locate the appropriate theater, and plan your day accordingly. Theater seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so planning ahead can be helpful. Tickets are not required for Dollywood shows (with the exception of special concerts). However, our TimeSaver Pass is offered for an additional fee which can help you save time by avoiding long lines.
Season Pass reservations are full but daily tickets are still available for purchase. Why is that?
Dollywood capacity is limited. That capacity is divided into availability for our Passholders as well as guests wanting to visit with a daily ticket. We encourage all guests wishing to make reservations for any weekend dates to do so at least two weeks in advance for the best opportunity to secure a reservation. Capacity availability for Passholders and daily ticket purchasers is adjusted as demand requires or as cancellations occur.
How do I make a reservation using my VIP pass?
Once you have obtained your 2021 VIP Pass, you will be required to make a reservation online for subsequent visits to guarantee entry into the park using the unique identification code printed on your VIP Pass. You will then take your reservation number to Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country Guest services to purchase your VIP pass admission tickets.

Complimentary Door-To-Door Transportation
The DreamMore Trolley makes it simple to get to and from the parks, dropping you off steps away from the fun! Also, DreamMore guests can opt to drive their personal vehicles to Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country and park for FREE. Choosing to ride the DreamMore Trolley or drive your own vehicle will save you the standard parking fee of $20 per day, per vehicle.

Guidelines For All Season Passes
Season Passes (used or unused) are non-transferable.
All requests for refunds and rollovers are reviewed and approved by Dollywood management on a case by case basis. Lost, stolen or damaged Gold, Regular or Super Season Pass Photo IDs are subject to a $15 replacement fee.
Passholder must be present and purchase guest tickets to receive $5 off discount.
Season Passholder benefits and discounts are non-transferable.
If a passholder does not have his/her Season Pass Photo ID for entry, the purchase of a full priced one-day admission ticket or replacement fee of $15 for a new Season Pass Photo ID will be required.
Fraudulent use will result in pass confiscation without replacement.

- To purchase a new pass: At the bottom of the page, there is an option to Add New Pass. Simply add the
demographics of the passholder and we'll evaluate the birthday to determine which passes that passholder qualifies
for then will present those as options.
- When you are ready to renew your pass, the power of your Dollywood.com account comes full circle!
- All linked passes in your account will be evaluated for renewal.
- If the pass associated with a card on this Passes page is eligible for renewal, the available products to
renew to for next season are available in each dropdown.
- If the pass associated with a card is NOT eligible for renewal pricing but is an active pass, the available
products for the next season are available in each dropdown.
- If the pass associated with a card is NOT eligible for renewal pricing and the pass has been voided, that
card is not active in your account and renewals cannot be made for that pass.
- Passes may not be eligible for renewal if the pass has been voided due to refund or Installment Billing
missed payments or if the Pass is a PreK pass.
- Passholders who have received a refund, will need to select the Add New Pass at the bottom, fill out
your demographics again, and purchase a new pass.
- Passholders who have missed an Installment Billing payment will need to contact 1-800-Dollywood before
you can renew your passes.
Once you have made all of your selections, at the bottom of the Passes page, you can
- link an existing pass if you have one that isn't listed
- add another new pass
