As a benefit of purchasing a 2024 Season Pass, you are entitled to a number of Bring-A-Friend Free tickets. These tickets are issued upon purchase. Quantities and validity dates are dependent on date or purchase and pass type.
Silver Pass Bring-A-Friend Free tickets have the following blackout dates at Dollywood: 3/24/24 – 4/7/24, 9/29/24 – 10/13/24, 11/29/24 - 1/5/25 as well as all FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS
Gold and Diamond Bring-A-Friend Free tickets have no blackout dates.
Two-Park passholders can use their Bring-A-Friend Free tickets at either Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country.
Passholders can use as many Bring-A-Friend Free tickets as they want during their visit. Once the Bring-A-Friend Free ticket has been scanned once, it cannot be used again.

The Free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass does not include bring-a-friend tickets, free parking, in-park discounts on food and merchandise or additional discounts on premium experiences. It also cannot be upgraded to another season pass type.

Purchasing a Two-Park Pass or Dollywood Season Pass just got easier! Our online monthly payment program allows you to make monthly payments to spread out the cost of your Season Pass when you renew or purchase a 2024 Season Pass.
Renew or purchase a 2024 Season Pass with our online payment plan and spread your payments out into easy monthly payments.
If purchased between 10/16/23 – 12/3/23: The Online Payment Plan is valid for online purchases only. Simply make your selections, choose the online payment option and follow the step-by-step instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into 10 monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase. This first payment will include tax for the entire order plus the non-refundable $5.50+tax fee per pass for utilizing the Online Payment Plan. The remaining payments are automatically billed every 30 days* for the next 9 months to a credit card that you provide. The first monthly payment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
If purchased between 12/4/23 – 2/11/24: The Online Payment Plan is valid for online purchases only. Simply make your selections, choose the online payment option and follow the step-by-step instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into 8 monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase. This first payment will include tax for the entire order plus the non-refundable $5.50+tax fee per pass for utilizing the Online Payment Plan. The remaining payments are automatically billed every 30 days* for the next 7 months to a credit card that you provide. The first monthly payment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
If purchased between 2/12/24 – 4/21/24: The Online Payment Plan is valid for online purchases only. Simply make your selections, choose the online payment option and follow the step-by-step instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into 6 monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase. This first payment will include tax for the entire order plus the non-refundable $5.50+tax fee per pass for utilizing the Online Payment Plan. The remaining payments are automatically billed every 30 days* for the next 5 months to a credit card that you provide. The first monthly payment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
If purchased between 4/22/24 – 6/30/24: The Online Payment Plan is valid for online purchases only. Simply make your selections, choose the online payment option and follow the step-by-step instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into 3 monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase. This first payment will include tax for the entire order plus the non-refundable $5.50+tax fee per pass for utilizing the Online Payment Plan. The remaining payments are automatically billed every 30 days* for the next 2 months to a credit card that you provide. The first monthly payment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.
*Please note, if you purchase on the first day of any month that has 31 days, your card will be charged on the first and the thirty-first.
Yes, if you kept the same type of Season Pass. However, if you change pass types (such as changing from a Child Pass to a Regular Pass or from a Two-Park Pass to a Dollywood Season Pass), you must receive a new ID card. If you are not renewing your Season Pass and are purchasing a brand-new Season Pass, a new Season Pass digital ticket/pass will be available to you after purchase. You can scan that digital ticket for your first entry, then you will need to process your new Season Pass at any ticket window after first entry. If you are renewing your Season Pass, you can use your current Season Pass unless you are changing pass types.
The online payment plan may be used to purchase any pass type. Your payment will be determined by the pass types that you purchase. Click here to get detailed pricing information.
Pass prices are the same for the Online Payment Plan. However, there is a $5.50 + tax fee per pass charged in the initial payment for utilizing the Online Payment plan.
You will be notified by email if your payment is declined. The charge will be attempted twice again over the following week, and you will receive an additional email each time these attempts fail. If your payment is declined and each of the 2 attempts that follow also fail, you will receive notification that all Season Passes on the order will be blocked from park entry until the payment is made. You may also receive an automated text message or phone call with information on how to successfully make payment and unblock your Season Pass.
Yes. We now have a secure option for you to update your payment information online. Please visit dollywood.com/paymentplan to fill out the form. There will be a turnaround time of three business days to run your payment. You can also call 800-365-5996, option 5, to update your payment information.
Sorry, but all payment amounts are pre-determined, and only the first payment amount is accepted as a down payment at time of purchase.
No. Your 2024 Season Pass will not automatically renew for 2025 with the online payment plan. Your 2024 pass is valid for the 2024 season only. You will have to sign up for the online payment plan once again to purchase a new pass for the 2025 season.
No. One-day tickets cannot be applied to online purchases. However, you may upgrade your one-day ticket to a current year's Season Pass for a nominal one-time fee at the park. This transaction must be completed at the park on the day you redeem your one-day ticket to be eligible for the upgrade.
No. All passes under one agreement must be billed to the same credit card. You must set up a separate agreement for each purchase that requires the use of a different credit card for payment.
No, the bill date established at the time you set up your payment plan agreement cannot be changed.
No. Once you set up your payment plan, it cannot be cancelled. Those who wish to terminate their plan agreement prior to completion of the payment period are required to pay in full for each Season Pass included under the agreement.
No. All passes purchased under one agreement remain the responsibility of the person who originally set up the payment plan. Season Passes are non-transferable.
Yes. Once you set up your payment plan, passes within the plan can be upgraded. Payment on the original purchase will continue as agreed. You will only be required to pay the difference between the pass you currently have and the pass you are upgrading to. This upgrade transaction will need to be done at any ticket window or by calling 800-Dollywood and must be paid in full at time of upgrade and cannot be added to your online payment plan agreement.
No. You must pay your outstanding balance in full before purchasing another payment plan.
