If I know when I’m planning a visit to the resort, do I need to make an appointment?
Please call us as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your requested services or service providers. Our Spa Concierge will assist you in planning your personalized spa experience. Based on availability, we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please make your preferences (specific therapist, therapist of a particular gender, time of day, etc.) known at the time of booking.
Do I need to be at The Spa earlier than my scheduled appointment time?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service. All treatments begin and end at their scheduled time; we encourage you to be timely in your arrival to ensure you receive the full treatment. The beneficial products used in our treatments are best absorbed through clean skin, so please shower before coming to the spa.
Any additional considerations for children receiving spa services?
Massage and body treatments will not be done for anyone under the age of 13. Children ages 13-17 receiving a massage or body treatment must be scheduled with the same gender provider and must have a parent/guardian present in the treatment room at all times.
Children ages 4-10 may receive the Fab Facial with a parent/guardian present in the treatment room at all times. Children ages 10-15 may receive the Introduction Facial with a parent/guardian in the room at all times. Children ages 16-17 may receive any facial (excluding Fab Facial) with parent/guardian signature. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to receive a nail treatment and children under age 5 may only receive a polish application with parent/guardian present. Facial waxing is available for children 15 and up; body waxing is only available for guests 18 and older.
Any tips on what I should wear for my spa appointment?
Robes and slippers are available for all spa guests. Most of our guests prefer to fully undress for massage treatments, as our staff is professionally trained in appropriate draping techniques to ensure modesty and comfort throughout your service. However, if you would be more comfortable, you certainly may wear undergarments during your treatment. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that are lost or left behind.
Can I order food from the resort restaurant to enjoy during my spa treatment?
We are proud to offer a menu of flavorful, fresh, and organic foods to enhance your time with us. Please inquire at the Spa Front Desk for our seasonal offerings and complete food and beverage service.
Do I need to fill out any forms to receive a spa treatment?
We make it easy by providing these forms on our website for your convenience. Fill out this Release Form and bring with you when you arrive for your spa experience.
I have some special health concerns. Can The Spa accommodate those needs?
Should you have any special considerations, please notify our spa reservationists while booking your appointments. Please let us know of blood pressure concerns, allergies, or any other physical ailments or limitations. Please also make us aware if you are pregnant, or if you are using Retin A, Accutane, or Renova. For your safety, we suggest no immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy, and no shaving for 12 hours before or after exfoliating treatments. If you need proof of license/registration for insurance reimbursement purposes, please inform the Spa Desk Representative at the time of booking. And please drink plenty of water (at least two glasses per hour of treatment) to help your body process the effects of your treatments.

Where should I park when I arrive at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort for my spa appointment?
We hope you take advantage of the complimentary valet service that is available for all spa guests. Let our valet hosts know upon arrival that you are arriving for a spa appointment.
The products that were used during my treatment were great. Can I purchase any of those products to take home with me?
Definitely! Our spa boutique offers a wide variety of products used during your services, including the excellent product lines from Skin Authority, milk_shake and FarmHouse Fresh. And gift cards for Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and our spa are an ideal year-round gift for any occasion. For more information, please inquire with the Spa Concierge.
Are there any restrictions on who can use The Spa?
Spa treatments are available to guests aged 12 and over, with the exception of manicures and pedicures which can be booked for guests ages 5 and older. We require that anyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
How can I make sure I get the spa time that I want?
You can reserve your spa appointment with a credit card. A 20% gratuity will be added to all services; you are always welcome to adjust the gratuity to reflect your level of satisfaction.
You have until 4 p.m. on the day prior to your service to cancel with no penalty. After 4 p.m. on the day prior to the appointment, you will be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled service(s).

We strive to make your experience with us exceptional and encourage you to discuss any of your personal preferences with our staff prior to your visit. Sharing with us any special occasion that brings you to the resort also will help us to personalize your experience. During your treatment, please communicate with your service provider your preferences to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
