We can’t wait to see you! In order to make play safe for our guests and hosts and maintain social distancing, we are requesting that all guests let us know when you’re planning to come.

Season Passholder reservations are encouraged and guarantee entry. Visiting for one day? Your daily ticket purchase confirms your entry. Tickets are available online and at the front gate. Without a reservation, entry into the park on high attendance days might be suspended due to capacity limits.

How Do I Reserve My Visit To Dollywood?

Select one of the options below, then follow the steps listed. If none of the options apply to your needs, please Contact Us.

NOTE: Reservations can be made for one date and one park per session. If you’d like to visit multiple dates you will need to complete a reservation for the first date, then make a separate reservation for the next date. Reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity. Reservations can be made up to 45 days in advance.

I Want To Buy A Season Pass

Do you want to purchase a Dollywood Season Pass or a Two-Park Super Pass?

  1. Click “GET SEASON PASSES” below to find the right Season Pass(es) for you
  2. Purchase your Season Pass(es)
  3. Click the “MAKE A RESERVATION” button in your Season Pass Purchase Confirmation Email or return to Dollywood.com/Reservations to make your reservation
  4. Enter the unique 17-digit alphanumeric barcode for each pass. You can find these barcodes on each digital ticket in your confirmation email or in your online account. You may also add any Daily Tickets and/or Bring-A-Friend Tickets that will be used for your visit.
  5. Select the park you plan to visit, then select your desired visit date from the calendar
  6. Confirm your reservation details and complete reservation

Are you staying at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa or Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Cabins and have a Dollywood Season Pass, Two-Park Pass or a Pre-K Imagination Season Pass?

Note - Lodging guests purchasing stay packages that include tickets to Dollywood and/or Dollywood’s Splash County on or after June 3, 2020 will be granted priority access to the parks and no additional reservation is required. Lodging guests with Season Pass will be granted priority access to the parks and are not required to use the Reservation System to reserve their visit.

Reservation System FAQs

Social distancing guidelines are limiting the capacity of the park on a daily basis. As a result, Passholders will be required to reserve their date and time they wish to visit the park to remain socially distanced.
No. The Season Pass visitation reservation is complimentary. Unless you have a Gold Season Pass, you will still need to pay for parking separately. We recommend pre-purchasing parking online to expedite your entry and limit contact at the toll booths.
You can make as many reservations you would like up to 45 days in advance based on available capacity. Reservations can be made for one date and one park per session. If you’d like to visit multiple dates you will need to complete a reservation for the first date, then make a separate reservation for the next date. Reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity.
When booking your reservations, please be as certain as you can possibly be that you can honor your reservation because it affects the ability of others to visit the park. In the instance where your plans change, please cancel your reservation via a link in your confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not cancel prior to your visit, your pass may be subject to future restrictions and blackout dates.
Yes. When you make a reservation for the passholders in your party, you will be prompted to include any BAFF Tickets you wish to use during your visit. BAFF Ticket validity still applies when making a reservation, and you can only include a specific BAFF Ticket in one reservation.
Yes. You can use the 17-digit alphanumeric barcode on your print-at-home Season Pass confirmation ticket to make your reservation.
Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity. Reservations can be made up to 45 days before visiting.
Please be sure that you and each person in your party listed on the reservation brings their Season Pass, Bring-A-Friend Ticket(s) or Daily Ticket on the day of your visit. Print the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the ticketing gate.
Yes, your ticket is still valid during the 2020 season and no further payment is required. To make a reservation, simply go through the Reservation Website and enter the barcode on the ticket and choose the date that you would like to visit in order to complete your reservation.
Yes. Simply go through the Reservation System for season pass holders to reserve a specific day & time for the Pre-K Imagination Season Pass visit. Then, purchase a daily ticket online & select the same date of visit.
Please bring the required identification (birth certificate or passport), with the ticket included in your confirmation email to any ticket window. We will promptly process and print the Pre-K Imagination Season Pass.
Lodging guests purchasing stay packages that include dated tickets to Dollywood and/or Dollywood’s Splash County on or after June 3, 2020 will be granted priority access to the parks and no additional reservation is required. Lodging guests with Season Pass will be granted priority access to the parks and are not required to use the Reservation System to reserve their visit.
