Your meal will be held in one of our private pavilions. Celebration Hall seats 400 guests per hour, while Blue Ribbon Pavilion seats 350 guests per hour. We can accommodate any size group.
Our catering staff offers an impressive selection of delicious all-you-care-to-eat buffet options for your group.
We even provide materials you need to promote your day, including posters. Plus, your guests will receive a special three-part ticket personalized with your company name, picnic information and season pass upgrade offer.
When you host a company picnic at Dollywood, your company will receive six complimentary Dollywood one-day admission tickets and four Dollywood’s Splash Country one-day admission tickets.

Dollywood & Dollywood's Splash Country will issue a rain check if it is raining when you leave the park and the length of your visit is shortened by the rain. Individual rain checks will be given when one-day admission tickets are presented at any ticket window. Rain checks MUST be obtained before leaving the park. Rain checks will be valid for one-day admission on any operating day in the current operating season.
