- Written parental consent required for guests 17 and under.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-show appointments are subject to a charge of 100% of the spa service cost.

-No one under the age of 16 is permitted to have services behind closed doors without a parent present.
-Written permission is required for closed door services for guests 16 or 17 years old.
-Written permission from a parent or guardian for any guest under the age of 18.
-Manicure and pedicure or hair services can be performed on children over 8 years of age while the parent is receiving a treatment. Arrangements must be in place regarding who will care for the child when the child’s service is completed.
