Enjoy Inviting and Warm Flavors with Dollywood’s Harvest Festival Tasting Pass

Fall is in full swing in the Smokies, and you can celebrate the beauty of the mountains surrounded by pumpkins of all shapes and sizes while trying an array of delicious food during Dollywood’s Harvest Festival Presented by Humana. The festival runs Sept. 12 through Oct. 27, allowing plenty of time to try the various mouthwatering menu items. Every festival, Dollywood offers guests a Tasting Pass which offers five different festival items for one special price.

At just $42.99 per person (plus tax) and $39.99 per person (plus tax) for Gold and Diamond Season Pass Holders, the Tasting Pass has dozens of sweet and savory treats to choose from.

Passes can be purchased online at Dollywood.com at least 24 hours before you visit. Redeem the voucher to receive a Tasting Pass Lanyard upon arrival at the park. Tasting Passes also can be purchased on-site at the Front Gate or at one of the festival culinary locations inside the park.

(Candy) Corn off the Cob

Start the day off with a refreshing stop at Crossroads Funnel Cakes for a tasty funnel cake and the festival special Candy Corn Punch. This delicious punch offers a sweet and colorful combination of lemonade and orange syrup drizzled with delicious cream and candy corn to top it off. The perfect place to sip this punch is in Harvest Festival’s newest addition- Candy Corn Country in Country Fair. Corn doesn’t just stop at candy, stop by Miss Lillian’s BBQ Corner where you can pick up Corn Strips, a savory corn treat tossed in butter, garlic and parmesan cheese that can be eaten like a rack of ribs.

Sweet Treats

Showstreet Ice Cream offers deliciously sweet treats including Apple Donut á la mode and Pumpkin Spice Milkshake. The Apple Donut á la mode is a classic glazed donut with apple cinnamon and caramel filling topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. The Pumpkin Spice milkshake is the perfect blend of fall with delicious pumpkin flavoring mixed with a creamy milkshake. The Salted Caramel Apple Elephant Ear is a crispy fried dough topped with a sweet apple filling, cinnamon sugar, salted caramel sauce and a vanilla glaze to create the perfect fall flavor, this sweet treat also can be found at Crossroads Funnel Cakes.

At Front Porch Café, you can find a delicious blend of Italian sausage, butternut squash, baby spinach and parmesan cheese to create the perfect savory dish known as Creamy Butternut Squash Ravioli. Another savory dish that offers variety is Stuffed Acorn Squash, which can be found at Seasonal Culinary Booth 1 (Map #117A). This acorn squash dish is served with wild rice, dried cranberries, apples and walnuts perfectly blended together. The Smoked Pork Flatbread needs no introduction as it’s a perfect combination of salt and pepper seasoned pork belly, apple and carrot slaw, and a citrus-herb chimichurri sauce. This mouthwatering dish can be found at Hickory House BBQ.
