It's hard to believe that the 2024 Dollywood season and Passholder Preview Day is already here! As part of our continued efforts to help passholders be prepared to visit the park for the first time, let's talk about some of the most anticipated entitlements for Diamond Season Passholders who renewed their pass during the presale period (between Oct. 16 and Oct. 29, 2023) — one monthly free loaf of cinnamon bread and Diamond Passholder Appreciation Bags. If you renewed to a Diamond Pass during the presale period, this blog includes everything you need to know about how to claim your pass-specific entitlements as you plan to visit Dollywood this year.

Diamond Passholder Appreciation Bags

If you renewed a Diamond Pass during the presale period, you should have received an exclusive Diamond Passholder drawstring bag and lanyard. If you have already received your bag, you are ready to go for your next visit to Dollywood! 

If you have not yet received your bag:

You can pick up your bag at Dollywood Guest Services as early as March 8 or on your next visit to the park. Just present your Diamond Pass at any of Dollywood's ticket windows or Guest Services for verification! 

If you have not received your bag, but you have shared your information with us:

If you have already sent your information in, but still haven’t received your bags, our team has all we need on file and your bags will be sent to you as soon as possible!

One Monthly Free Loaf of Cinnamon Bread

You read that correctly! If you renewed to a Diamond Pass during the presale period, you qualify for one free loaf of cinnamon bread each month. So, how does redemption work?

You will see a voucher for this perk available for redemption when you log into your MyDollywood account on the Dollywood App or on our website. Redemption begins as early as Passholder Preview Day on March 8! 

To make sure this perk is active in your account, this entitlement will appear with a designation labeled “Action Required.” 

  • You will need to redeem this entitlement in your MyDollywood account by navigating to the “Entitlements” section and clicking on the “Upcoming” tab.
  • From there, you will select the entitlement you wish to redeem by clicking the “+” icon and then selecting the “Redeem Entitlements” button.
  • Next, select the quantity of the entitlements you would like to redeem. Once you’ve selected the quantity, click the “Add to Cart” button and then “Continue.”
  • The last step of the process is to checkout. You WILL NOT be charged to redeem your complimentary entitlements. Once you select the “Checkout” button, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pull up your tickets, and you will now find your entitlements with QR codes in your MyDollywood account.

This perk can ONLY be used at the Grist Mill in Craftsman’s Valley. It cannot be redeemed at the Spotlight Bakery, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa or Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort. 

This redemption process provides one voucher in your account that can be scanned each month. Once this voucher is scanned, it cannot be scanned again until the next calendar month. For example, if you scan your voucher on March 31, it can be scanned the next day, on April 1. If you scanned your voucher on April 1, it cannot be scanned again until May.

If your voucher is not used for the month, it will not be rolled over for use the next month. This means that you cannot get multiple free loaves of cinnamon bread each month. For example, if you do not scan your voucher in March, you will not have an extra scan available in April. Please note that cinnamon bread is baked fresh daily in limited quantities. This voucher serves as your method of payment, but it does not guarantee you a loaf of cinnamon bread if supplies run out for the day. 

Don’t have an online MyDollywood Account? No worries. You can pick up a physical voucher at any of our front gate ticket windows or Guest Services on your next visit by presenting your Diamond Pass. The same rules apply for your physical voucher.

However, you will only receive one physical voucher per valid pass. If yours is lost or destroyed, it will not be replaced. If you have issues finding your digital voucher while at the park, please request help at the front gate ticket windows and not at the culinary locations to allow our culinary teams to assist all guests at Dollywood in a timely manner.
