Which Mug Is for You? Reviewing Dollywood's 2024 Refillable Mug Options

As the hot summer days approach, you may be looking for ways to stay cool during your visit to Dollywood. Fortunately, we have several refill mug options to keep you hydrated while you enjoy the park. In this blog, we'll explain the differences between the available mugs so you can choose the right one for your day at Dollywood. 

All-Season Unlimited Refills Mugs: 

These mugs have a teal top and are available for $34.99+tax. They provide free fountain refills for the entire season and can be purchased online or at any culinary location in the park. They are valid for use at all Dollywood Parks & Resorts locations, but cannot be used for hot drinks. Please note that a limited quantity of All-Season Unlimited Refill Mugs is available this season, and they will not be restocked once sold out. 

One-Day Unlimited Refills Mugs: 

These mugs have a purple top and have different pricing depending on how many you purchase. One-day unlimited refill mugs start at $17.99+tax for one, then go to $15.99+tax each when purchasing two or $13.99+tax each when purchasing three or more. Gold Passholders who renewed or purchased their 2024 Season Passes through January 7, 2024, received this mug as an entitlement and can pick it up at any culinary location. One-Day Unlimited Refill Mugs provide free refills on the day of redemption then are good for $1.99 fountain refills and $2.99 frozen refills through the end of the 2024 season. Guests can also purchase Drink All Day Wristbands for $6.99+tax for unlimited fountain drink refills on their next visit. These mugs are valid for use at all Dollywood Parks & Resorts locations. If these mugs are lost or stolen, Dollywood will not provide a replacement. 

Diamond Passholder Tumblers: 

These tumblers are received only by purchasing a Diamond Season Pass*. They are valid for free refills on all fountain drinks, frozen drinks, hot drinks like regular hot coffee, Starbucks hot coffee, hot chocolate, hot cider as well as Starbucks cold brew coffee through the 2024 season at all Dollywood Parks & Resorts locations. Specialty coffees, festival drinks and specialty hot chocolate are not eligible for free refills. Guests may purchase these drinks but they will be served in the drink vessel they come in, not the Diamond Passholder Tumbler. Diamond Passholder Tumblers can only be picked up at the Sweet Shoppe. If you qualify but have not picked up your tumbler already, you can do so at any time throughout the 2024 operating season. Please note that Diamond Passholder Tumblers are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
