Frequently Asked Questions About Our VIP Program
What is the VIP Pass Program?
The VIP Pass Program is an exclusive benefit for area partners who display Dollywood Company collateral or approved signage. VIP Pass Program partners receive the lowest price on Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country one-day tickets as a benefit of the program.
Who qualifies for the VIP Pass Program?
A taxed employee of a tourism or hospitality business such as full service restaurants or lodgings within a designated radius from Dollywood that displays Dollywood Company collateral or approved signage.
Are contracted laborers allowed to take advantage of VIP Pass Program?
No. Only employees who receive a paystub from the VIP business are eligible.
How do I receive VIP Pass?
Bring your current paystub or earnings statement (within 30 days) and valid photo ID to any ticket window at Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country’s Front Gate.
May I show my paystub or earning statement on my phone?
If I lose my VIP Pass, can it be replaced?
No. It cannot be replaced or reissued.
Will a letter from employer qualify as proof of employment?
No. You must have a paystub.
What if my paystub information is listed differently than what is on record at Dollywood?
You will not be allowed entrance and you will need to let your manager know so they can correct the information with their Area VIP Representative.
What if I don’t bring recent paystub, earnings statement or photo ID on day of visit?
You will not be issued a VIP Pass and will not be able to purchase VIP priced tickets.
What kind of photo ID is acceptable?
Driver’s license or Passport photo ID.
How many visits do I get for each park?
Your Pass is good for 14 total tickets. Each ticket may be used at either Dollywood OR Dollywood’s Splash Country – not both.
Is it one ticket per visit or does each individual count as a ticket?
Each guest counts as one ticket.
How much does a VIP ticket cost?
$10 plus tax per ticket.
Are there blackout dates?
No. You may use your VIP tickets any operating day during the season. View our operating calendar here.
Can I buy my tickets at the Dollywood Information Center located at traffic light #8 on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge?
No. Tickets may only be purchased at Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country’s front gate.
May I upgrade my VIP ticket to a Season Pass?
Yes, on the day of your visit only.
What is the cost per ticket to upgrade to a Season Pass?
Your VIP ticket may be used as a $30 credit towards the purchase of a Season Pass or Super Pass on the day of visit only.
Do I receive free parking and discounts on food and merchandise in the park with my VIP ticket?
No. Your VIP discount is only valid on admission tickets.
Do I need to be present and enter the park with my guests?
Yes. You must be present to purchase VIP tickets and enter the park with your guests for your tickets to be valid.
May I allow a family member or friend to use my VIP Pass?
No. The VIP Pass can only be used by the eligible employee it is assigned to.
May I sell my VIP Pass or tickets purchased with my VIP Pass?
If you sell your VIP Pass or tickets purchased with your VIP Pass, you will be ineligible to receive VIP program benefits from there on out no matter if you change businesses or not
If I work at two properties that are VIP program eligible, can I be issued two separate VIP Passes?
No. Only one VIP Pass may be issued per person per year.
What if I change place of employment?
Keep your VIP Pass, your Pass follows the employee not the employer.
Are Dolly Parton's Stampede and Pirates Voyage part of Dollywood’s VIP Pass Program?
No. Please contact Dolly Parton's Stampede or Pirates Voyage directly for their VIP Program details.
I am an owner and I do not receive pay checks, how do I receive my VIP Passes?
Owners should call 1-800-DOLLYWOOD 3 days prior to visit to make reservations. Press option 1 and then option 3 to speak with a Ticket Specialist.
As an owner, do I need to be present with my guests?
