Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa and Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Cabins are open. Dollywood theme park and Dollywood's Splash Country water park are closed for the season. During this unprecedented time, we have implemented a number of new safety measures based on the guidance of health officials including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies. The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our top priorities and guide our decisions.
WARNING REGARDING COVID-19:
Any interaction with the general public poses an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable to severe illness from COVID-19. Important Information To Know Before You Go
- Daily capacity will be limited. Passholder reservations are not required at this time. Additionally, one-day tickets can now be used any day within a 5-day period.
- Face masks or face coverings are required for all visitors ages 3 and up, with some exceptions. Some of the exceptions where masks are not required are while eating, on water park attractions or select coasters at Dollywood. For a full list of exceptions please visit our FAQ Page.
- Temperature screenings will be taken prior to entry.
- Attraction and dining capacities will be limited to allow guests to have more space to move around during their visit.
- Physical distancing measures have been put in place including physically distanced queues, marked barriers and social distancing reminders.
- Additional sanitation measures have been implemented. This includes high touch point areas being cleaned more frequently and providing additional hand sanitizing locations.

Face Mask / Face Covering Required

Mask Free Break Zone
Inside these mask free break zones you may remove your face mask/face covering. Please keep 6 feet apart from guests not in your party. -
Temperature Screenings will be taken before entry.
All Guests must have their temperature screened. Touchless temperature screenings will be conducted prior to admittance. Anyone displaying a temperature of 100. 40 Fahrenheit or above will be directed to an additional location for rescreening and assistance. Guests with a fever exceeding 100.40 Fahrenheit will not be permitted entry. Additionally, anyone who traveled in the same vehicle with that guest will not be permitted entry. Refunds or rain checks may be offered. Hosts must undergo a temperature check and health screening prior to work and will not be permitted to work if they have a temperature or do not pass the screening. -
Health Assessment
All Guests will be screened with a four question health assessment prior to entry. -
Please practice social distance throughout the property
Keep a distance of 6 feet apart from other guests who are not in your party. You will notice signs and floor graphic reminders throughout the property. -
Respecting others
Those not respectful of our Employees, Guests or environment may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the property.

Ride & Attractions Capacity Management & Sanitation
In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, queue capacities will be limited.
While in line, please:
- Use the floor decals to maintain social distancing. Parties traveling together may stand together.
- Avoid touching queue rails when possible.
- Use hand sanitizer provided.
- Please heed to all Ride Attendant instructions pertaining to Mask, Ride Loading and Loose Articles.

Food Safety
- We will arrange all indoor and outdoor seating to comply with current social distancing guidelines. Do not move the seating.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be readily available at all Food & Beverage locations. Please use often.
- Where reasonably possible, separate doorways for entering and exiting dining facilities will be used to minimize person to person contact.
- Common areas, tables and chairs will be cleaned and sanitized after every use.
- Utensils, menus and condiments will be single use or cleaned and sanitized after every use.
- Condiment stations will remain empty. Condiments will be provided to guests at the counter by request.

Increased Focus on Cleanliness
We have increased our rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures. Guests will have a much higher availability of handwashing and hand sanitizing locations throughout their visit to help reduce exposure to germs.

Face Mask/Face Covering Required
Resort Guests (age 3 and above) will be required to wear masks in public spaces except while dining or swimming. Masks will be required on the resort trolleys as well. Cabins guests (age 3 and above) will be required to wear masks during check-in. -
Please Keep 6 Feet Apart
Thank you for practicing social distancing. Furniture has been positioned to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Please do not make changes to furniture arrangements. -
Limited Capacity
Reduced capacity in public areas including the restaurant and resort pool area. -
Adjusted Housekeeping Procedures
Housekeeping and public area attendants will increase their cleaning procedures. Cleaning of surfaces with recommended disinfectants will be performed on an increased basis. In order to uphold the DreamMore-CleanMore Pledge, traditional stayover service with daily housekeeping service has been discontinued. This measure is intended to provide the safest environment possible for you and our hosts. Rooms will be thoroughly cleaned/sanitized upon departure. We thank you in advance for allowing us to honor our commitment in providing you with a safe and clean stay. -
