Dollywood's Flower & Food Festival Blooms To Life April 18
April 13, 2026
PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (Monday, April 13, 2026) – Dollywood’s Flower & Food Festival grows to life this spring with more than 1 million vibrant blooms, menus featuring fresh tastes of spring in the Smokies and unique entertainment offerings all in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains.
A perennial guest favorite, the Flower & Food Festival—April 18-June 7—dresses Dollywood in its springtime best, with colorful and cheerful displays around every corner. Elaborate floral installations bring life to the park through large presentations of now-iconic Mosaiculture creations.
Dollywood’s signature lineup of beloved creations returns, including the topsy-turvy butterfly umbrella, woodland animal friends and the touching depiction of Dolly’s mother crafting the Coat of Many Colors. Other guest-favorite icons also return like the mallard duck, a peacock, a family of playful bears, as well as two pink fluttering butterflies that fittingly find their home in The Dolly Parton Experience. These sculptures are designed in partnership with Mosaicultures International, a Montreal-based company that specializes in the art of elaborate floral decorations.
“I’ve sung for many years about God’s Coloring Book,” explained Dolly, “and I truly believe some of the most beautiful reflections of that can be seen in the Smoky Mountains each spring when His beauty starts blooming to life. It’s a season that allows us to celebrate what’s new while also remembering how important it is to spend meaningful time together. I hope families will visit Dollywood to experience that beauty for themselves, but more importantly, to enjoy one another while having fun and making lasting memories.”
With spring in full bloom throughout the park, Dollywood’s culinary team has crafted a menu of delectable delights for guests to enjoy throughout the park. The available Flower & Food Festival tasting pass allows guests to partake in multiple food items at different festival locations.
Among the delicious items guests can enjoy are a flavorful pesto caprese sandwich, refreshing sunflower lemonade, hearty beef & sausage bread bowl, and the berry sweet blueberry lemon sweet roll. Those looking for a delicious and flavorful healthy option will want to try the blueberry feta salad, and dessert lovers will want to try the spring berry sundae. Festival Tasting Passes are available and include multiple festival offerings for one price. The tasting pass, which can be purchased online or at culinary locations throughout the park, is $43.99 plus tax or $40.99 for gold and diamond season passholders.
The entertaining family-favorite shows for this festival also bloom with energy and creative storytelling, offering experiences to accentuate the beauty and enjoyment of spring in the Smokies. A must for every guest, “From the Heart—The Life and Music of Dolly Parton” tells the story of Dolly’s musical journey from her earliest songs to her most recent hits. This award-winning production provides a fantastic look at Dolly’s inspirational life story.
On the steps of the Robert F. Thomas chapel in the peaceful setting of Craftsman’s Valley, Mississippi native Jessica Horton will fill the mountain air with melodic music. This singer/songwriter was raised on classic country and gospel, and the vintage soul of country’s early sounds often find their way into her music, including her latest release “Songs That Raised Me.”
Back to provide shade along Showstreet is the mesmerizing Umbrella Sky, which brings together hundreds of colorful umbrellas in a brilliant, suspended arrangement that makes for an “Instagram-worthy” background. Guests looking to capture picture-perfect memories at Dollywood can stop by several locations in the park for an amazing photo. These include the Showstreet Butterfly Carpeting and the Showstreet Palace Theater Festival Sign. Back this season, a roving painter will move throughout the park painting iconic Dollywood elements live for guests to admire.
Festival elements carry over to Dollywood’s resort properties— Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort and Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa—with a variety of festival-themed activities, crafts and entertainment that will inspire and delight the entire family. Guests can enjoy live entertainment by featured performers, fresh culinary creations, and rejuvenating spring-fresh spa treatments all alongside blooming festival décor and floral designs.
There is still plenty of fun for Dollywood guests this year. Following the Flower & Food Festival, the patriotic-themed Sweet Summer Nights drone and fireworks show takes to the skies above the park as part of Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration presented by Food City (June 15-Aug. 2). A family tradition for many, Dollywood’s Harvest Festival presented by Humana (Sept. 14-Oct. 31) celebrates the beauty of fall with thousands of carved pumpkins, spirited performances from talented singers and the fun of Great Pumpkin LumiNights. The industry’s Best Theme Park Christmas event—Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas presented by Humana (Nov. 6- Jan. 3, 2027)—concludes the season with 6 million lights, festive holiday shows and the warm Christmas atmosphere guests have come to expect during this joyous time of year.
