Bib Pick-Up and Race Expo

Friday, April 24, from 9:00 AM–7:00 PM at Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort

• For bib pick-up, participants must present a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID). Parents or guardians must sign waivers for minors.
• During the time of the race expo, participants can pick up race bibs, shirts, and companion bibs, sign required waivers, and visit vendor booths featuring running gear, apparel, and local partners.
• DreamMore Resort and Spa guests may use the walking path or the Resort Trolleys to attend the race expo and pick up participant bibs.
• Race participants who plan to use the Resort Trolleys the morning of the event must schedule a trolley time on Friday, April 24 in the lobby of their respective resort.

5k Race Participants

• Resort Trolleys will begin pick-up for 5k race participants at 4:25 a.m. at DreamMore and 4:30 a.m. at HeartSong. 

10k Race Participants

• Resort Trolleys will begin pick-up for 10k race participants at 7:05 a.m. at DreamMore and 7:10 a.m. at HeartSong. 

Half Marathon Race Participants

• Resort Trolleys will begin pick-up for half marathon race participants at 3:25 a.m. at DreamMore and 3:30 a.m. at HeartSong. 

All Resort Guests

• Resorts Boulevard will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians at intermittent times on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26. Road closure times are estimated and subject to change. Please contact a Front Desk Host for any questions or assistance you may need.
• Spectators of the event may use the Resort Trolleys for transportation to the race hub after 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 25 and after 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, April 26.
