Run Dollywood: Dollywood Resort Guest Information
Lace up your running shoes and join us September 25-27, 2026 for the Run Dollywood Fall Race Weekend. From a fun-filled kids’ run to 5K, 10K, and half marathon courses through Dollywood Theme Park, there’s something for every runner. As you enjoy this exciting weekend, you’ll find everything you need here- from race information and schedules to helpful details designed to enhance your stay.
Bib Pick-Up and Race Expo
Dollywood Theme Park Preferred Parking
- For bib pick-up, participants must present a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID). Parents or guardians must sign waivers for minors.
- During the time of the race expo, participants can pick up race bibs, shirts, and companion bibs, sign required waivers, and visit vendor booths featuring running gear, apparel, and local partners.
- Race participants who plan to use the Resort Trolleys the morning of the event must schedule a trolley time in the lobby of their respective resort.
- Race Expo
- Thursday, September 24: 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Friday, September 25: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Bib Pick-Up
- Thursday, September 24: 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. (During Race Expo)
- Friday, September 25: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (During Race Expo)
- Saturday, September 26: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. (No Race Expo, bib pick-up only)
Resort Trolley Transportation
- 5k race participants: On Friday, September 25, Resort Trolleys will begin pick-up at 8:45 p.m.
- 10k race participants: On Saturday, September 26, Resort Trolleys will begin pick-up at 3:25 a.m.
- Half marathon race participants: On Sunday, September 27, Resort Trolleys will begin pick-up at 3:25 a.m.
- Race participants who plan to use the Resort Trolleys the morning of the event must schedule a trolley time in the lobby of their respective resort.
All Resort Guests
- Resorts Boulevard will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians at intermittent times Sunday, September 27. Road closure times are estimated and subject to change. Please contact a Front Desk Host for questions or assistance.
- Spectators of the event may use the Resort Trolleys for transportation to the race hub.
- At Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, celebrate the weekend with Run Dollywood signature menu items at Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery and Run Dollywood signature cocktails in The Lounge.
- At Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort, enjoy Run Dollywood-inspired cocktails at High Note: Casual Dining & Drink.
