Dollywood is inviting 2024 Diamond Passholders to exclusive sneak preview days of the Songteller and Behind the Seams attractions of The Dolly Parton Experience on May 17, 18 and 19 to help our hosts train. Please be patient as there may be delays, technical difficulties or elements that aren’t fully updated. The Dolly Parton Experience is scheduled to open to the general public on Friday, May 24.
Important Information
This is a ticketed event. A Sneak Preview action-required entitlement is now available in your My Dollywood account to redeem. Only one entitlement will be given per eligible guest. Quantities are limited. Once your Sneak Preview action-required entitlement is redeemed, you will be prompted to register for a time slot during the sneak preview days, May 17, 18 or 19.
On the day of your timeslot, you will enter the park like any other day by scanning your Diamond Season Pass at the turnstiles. After entering the park, you will make your way to the entry point of the Dolly Parton Experience adjacent to Jukebox Junction during the 30 minute window of time you selected where you will present your area entry ticket. There will be a 15 minute grace period if you are running behind. The 30 minute time slot is only for your entry into the area. You may stay in the area as long as you like.
*This event is exclusive to 2024 Diamond Season Passholders only. Each member of your party wishing to attend the event must have a valid 2024 Diamond Season Pass to register. Children 3 and younger or children with a Pre-K Imagination Season Pass are the only exceptions to this rule. Silver Passholders, Gold Passholders, Platinum Passholders and guests with Bring-A-Friend Free tickets do not qualify. Children 3 and younger will not need an event ticket.
