Dollywood Parks & Resorts Parking

Complimentary transportation is available between Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country via the parking lot trams for all guests wishing to travel to both parks on the same day. Guests of Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa may use the tram service; however, we recommend the resort trolley to directly travel between the parks and resort.

Park-to-park transportation service is only available when both parks are open on the same day. Tram service runs consistently throughout the day, with a round-trip time of roughly 15 minutes.

• How do I get from Dollywood to Dollywood's Splash Country?
  From the Transportation Hub outside of the security checkpoint, board any parking lot tram and raise your hand for Tram Stop E, the tram stop located in the parking lot closest to Dollywood's Splash Country.
• How do I get from Dollywood's Splash Country to Dollywood?
  From Tram Stop E in the Dollywood's Splash Country parking lot, board any parking lot tram to return to Dollywood.
• How long does Park-To-Park Transportation operate?
  Transportation from Dollywood to Dollywood's Splash Country continues until the parking lot is clear. Transportation from Dollywood's Splash Country to Dollywood ends 30 minutes after Dollywood's Splash Country closes.

For your convenience, Dollywood Parks offer complimentary use of pick-up and drop-off locations located adjacent to the main entrances for both Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country.

• Pick-up/drop-off spaces may be used at any time during the respective park’s operating hours.
• Spaces should be vacated after 15 minutes, or you may be asked to leave and return later.
• Uber, Lyft, Taxi services and other forms of rideshare may also utilize this location for pick-up and drop-off of guests.

For your convenience, several charging stations are available at various locations throughout Dollywood Parks & Resorts. Arriving Guests may ask Hosts at the property of their choosing for directions to charging stations.

• Charging stations at Dollywood are in the Preferred Parking Lot and require purchase of a Preferred Parking space, in addition to respective kilowatt hour charges.
• Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa as well as Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort each provide complimentary access to charging stations, requiring only the respective kilowatt hour charges.

Complimentary self-parking is provided at Dollywood Resorts during your stay and for those enjoying select dining and shopping experiences at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa or Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort. For your convenience, Valet service is also offered at Dollywood Resorts. Upon arrival, speak to a Bell or Valet Host for additional information.

Cabin guests receive complimentary parking at all Bear Cove Cabins properties. Additionally, cabin guests receive complimentary parking for Dollywood Parks.

• Preferred Parking at Dollywood Theme Park is complimentary for guests staying at a Bear Cove Cabin, with valid length-of-stay ticket.
• General Parking at Dollywood’s Splash Country is complimentary for guests staying at a Bear Cove Cabin, with valid length-of-stay ticket.
