Water Park Dining Pass

• Guests who purchased a Two-Park Season Pass + Water Park Dining option will take their emailed purchase confirmation to either the Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country ticket window to process their pass and receive their photo I.D. card. If you purchased a Gold Season Pass on or before Jan. 7, 2024, you can redeem your Daily Refill Souvenir Mug at either Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country at any dining location. If you purchased a Diamond Season Pass on or before Jan. 7, 2024, you can redeem your All-Season Diamond Passholder Tumbler at Dollywood at the Sweet Shoppe only.
• You will be required to present your Two-Park Season Pass photo I.D. card at each dining location to redeem a meal or snack. Meals, Snacks and souvenir mug refills can be redeemed at any time during the day.
• Both dining passes are only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered Passholder. Once the pass is validated for a specific Passholder, it is non-transferable. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Two-Park Season Pass must be used for admission on the same date.

Regular fountain drinks are only included if you received a Daily Refill Souvenir Mug (with Gold Season Pass purchase) or All-Season Diamond Passholder Tumbler (with Diamond Season Pass purchase) on or Jan. 7, 2024. Daily Refill Souvenir Mug are good for unlimited free refills on the first day of use and then 1.99 refills each day after. All-Season Diamond Passholder Tumbler are good for unlimited free refills all season long.
