Retreats & Canopies Rental Terms & Conditions

BY PURCHASING A RENTAL UNIT, THE RENTER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Check-In: Please check in for your Retreat, Deluxe Retreat or Canopy by 2 p.m. on the day of your visit so you can enjoy the full value of your rental. Rentals not checked in by this time are considered forfeited and non-refundable.
• Admission: Park admission is not included with your Retreat or Canopy rental and must be purchased separately.
• Towels: Be sure to bring your own towels, as they are not provided with rentals.
• Cancellations: We understand that plans change! Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your reservation date will receive a full refund.
• Weather: In the event of inclement weather, rental fees are non-refundable, and rain checks are not available. Rentals cannot be transferred to another date.
• Courtesy & Comfort: To help all guests have a pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from:
  • Smoking, alcohol or drug use
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
  • Exceeding occupancy limits: Canopies (4), Retreats (12), Reunion Retreat (24)
• Extras: Food, beverages and merchandise are available throughout the park for an additional charge.

PROTECT YOUR RESERVATION:
With the purchase of Rental Reservation Protection, your reservation may be canceled or moved once to another available date up until 5 p.m. the day before your visit. Availability for a new date is not guaranteed. The cost of Rental Reservation Protection is non-refundable.
