Park Tickets & TimeSavers: If you need to purchase Dollywood tickets or pick up your complimentary Timesaver Passes, please visit the ticket counter on the main lobby level. Please remember to bring your Timesaver Voucher card to retrieve your Timesavers.
Mobile App: The Dollywood Parks & Resorts app is a great resource when visiting Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country or a Dollywood Resort. Use the app to view ride wait times, nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment. You can download the app before visiting to prepare for your Smoky Mountain adventure.
Enjoy comfortable, family-style dining at Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery or stop by the DM Pantry for a quick bite to go. You also can visit The Lounge for a casual meal or enjoy poolside dining by The Swimming Hole. Our menus include classic family favorites, as well as regionally-inspired dishes.
Explore DiningAt Pokeberry Lane, located on the main lobby level, you can shop for an assortment of goods, including apparel, keepsakes, décor and other exclusive items only found at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa. Guests also can stop by Corner Sundries at the front desk to pick up a morning newspaper, Coca-Cola products and more.

Camp DW is a fun way for parents to come together with their children and engage in a creative environment, providing a unique experience for even our youngest travelers. Camp DW provides fun-filled indoor and outdoor activities, pool parties during the summer and other themed programming designed to inspire you and your child’s imagination.

No-Charge Items: Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. To make a request, call or visit a host at the front desk.
Microwaves: Microwaves are available for resort guests on each guest-room floor, as well as the DM Pantry.
Laundry: Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa offers an onsite guest laundry facility, located on the main lobby level.
Vending & Ice Machines: Vending and ice machines are available for resort guests on each guest-room floor.
ATM: A 24-hour self-service ATM is located adjacent to the exit doors by The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort on the first level.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the resort, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are indicated on our resort map.
Pets: With the exception of ADA-recognized service animals, we do not allow pets at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa.
Lost & Found: Resort guests who misplace or leave an item during their visit are asked to complete the Lost & Found form.
Payment Disclaimer: Upon check-in an authorization request will be placed on your payment card in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax, add-ons and incidental charges for the length of your stay. Upon check-out, your payment card will be charged for the actual amount incurred during your stay. Use of debit cards are discouraged as banking institutions place a hold on your account for the anticipated total of your stay as part of the authorization process. Holds can affect your available balance. Release of holds vary by bank and can range from 1-14 days.

If you're looking to enjoy a delicious meal and family-friendly entertainment during your Smoky Mountain getaway, add Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction or Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud to your resort reservation. You also can delight in a fun-filled show full of comedians, jugglers, ventriloquists and more at The Comedy Barn Theater.
Play like a kid, and pay like one, too, when you add a Pink Jeep Tour Experience to any new or existing resort reservation. Experience breathtaking views of the Foothills Parkway, Newfound Gap or Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.
Dollywood Resorts Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Each Dollywood Resort Guest with valid Dollywood admission receives one complimentary Dollywood Resort TimeSaver per day to use during park operating hours. Resort guests with a Dollywood TimeSaver can enjoy five expedited entries on any of the participating attractions, as well as priority seating at shows in participating theaters. Expedited entry on Big Bear Mountain and Lightning Rod is available once with TimeSaver. Not valid at Mystery Mine, Dragonflier, or FireChaser Express. Show reservations must be made in the TimeSaver Reservation Center to select a Showtime.
Resort TimeSavers can be upgraded at the TimeSaver office at the park to the TimeSaver Plus or the TimeSaver Premium pass.
Dollywood Resorts Complimentary TimeSaver H2O Passes: Each Dollywood Resort guest with valid Dollywood's Splash Country admission, receives one complimentary Dollywood's Splash Country TimeSaver H2O per day to use during park operating hours. Resort Guests with a Dollywood's Splash Country TimeSaver H2O can enjoy two expedited entries on any of the participating attractions, with a 15-min scan delay between entries. Expedited entry on RiverRush is only available with the TimeSaver H2O or TimeSaver H2O Unlimited.
Resort H2O TimeSaver Passes can be upgraded to a TimeSaver H2O or TimeSaver H2O Unlimited.
Exclusive Resort Trolley: Getting to the fun is easy with our Exclusive Resort Trolleys, running every 15-20 minutes, starting one hour before park opening. Just show your orange and white TimeSaver voucher to board at DreamMore’s main entrance or at HeartSong’s Trolley Lobby. You will be dropped off right at the Front Gate of Dollywood or Dollywood's Splash Country.
