Mobile App: The Dollywood Parks & Resorts app is a great resource when visiting Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country or a Dollywood Resort. Use the app to view ride wait times, nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment. You can download the app before visiting to prepare for your Smoky Mountain adventure.
Enjoy comfortable, family-style dining at Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery or stop by the DM Pantry for a quick bite to go. You also can visit The Lounge for a casual meal or enjoy poolside dining by The Swimming Hole. Our menus include classic family favorites, as well as regionally-inspired dishes.
Explore DiningAt Pokeberry Lane, located on the main lobby level, you can shop for an assortment of goods, including apparel, keepsakes, décor and other exclusive items only found at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa. Camp DW is a fun way for parents to come together with their children and engage in a creative environment, providing a unique experience for even our youngest travelers. Camp DW provides fun-filled indoor and outdoor activities, pool parties during the summer and other themed programming designed to inspire you and your child’s imagination.

No-Charge Items: Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. To make a request, call or visit a host at the front desk.
Microwaves: Microwaves are available for resort guests on each guest-room floor, as well as the DM Pantry.
Laundry: Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa offers an onsite guest laundry facility, located on the main lobby level.
Vending & Ice Machines: Vending and ice machines are available for resort guests on each guest-room floor.
ATM: A 24-hour self-service ATM is located adjacent to the exit doors by The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort on the first level.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the resort, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are indicated on our resort map.
Pets: With the exception of ADA-recognized service animals, we do not allow pets at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa.
Lost & Found: Resort guests who misplace or leave an item during their visit are asked to complete the Lost & Found form.

If you're looking to enjoy a delicious meal and family-friendly entertainment during your Smoky Mountain getaway, add Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction or Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud to your resort reservation. You also can delight in a fun-filled show full of comedians, jugglers, ventriloquists and more at The Comedy Barn Theater.
Play like a kid, and pay like one, too, when you add a Pink Jeep Tour Experience to any new or existing resort reservation. Experience breathtaking views of the Foothills Parkway, Newfound Gap or Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.
Priority Access: Resort guests with valid admission to Dollywood are granted priority access to the parks.
Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Each Dollywood Resort guest with valid Dollywood admission receives one complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver per day to use during park operating hours. (That’s a value of $60 per person, per day). Resort guests with a Dollywood TimeSaver can enjoy five expedited entries on any of the participating attractions as well as priority seating at shows in participating theaters. These complimentary TimeSaver passes can be upgraded to TimeSaver Plus or TimeSaver Premium during your visit. Expedited entry on Big Bear Mountain is only available with TimeSaver Premium at this time. (TimeSaver is not valid at Dollywood's Splash Country).
Complimentary Door-to-Door Transportation: The Exclusive Resort Trolleys make it simple to get to and from the parks, dropping you off steps away from the fun! By riding the Exclusive Resort Trolley, you will save the standard parking fee of $25 per day, per vehicle.
Complimentary Package Delivery: Purchases of $25 or more made throughout the day from Dollywood’s merchandise shops, as well as fragile or oversized items, will be delivered to your guest room free of charge.
Saturday Early Entry: Every Saturday, resort guests with tickets can enter Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country one hour prior to opening to enjoy select attractions. (Dollywood’s Splash Country Early Entry is only available during water park operating season). (Saturday Early Entry is unavailable during Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas).
Best Price Guarantee: As a guest of Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, you are guaranteed the lowest online price for resort rooms. Plus, you qualify for exclusive privileges that are only available to resort guests with valid admission tickets.
Complimentary Wi-Fi: Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort for the duration of your stay.
Resort Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa. Valet parking is available for an added fee.
