Roger White is “dreaming wide open” helping talented people do what they do best – entertaining our guests at Dollywood Parks & Resorts. Thirty years at Dollywood began with a degree in theater, time spent at both Busch Gardens parks, a stint in Las Vegas and, also, managing an outdoor ice show in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
