If you purchased a Dollywood one-day or two-day ticket, you may be eligible to upgrade to a Season Pass right in the Dollywood App. Here’s how!
- From the home screen, tap "Upgrade Your Ticket."
- If you purchased your tickets online, you’ll automatically see all your upgrade-eligible tickets listed and ready to go.
- If you bought your ticket at a ticket window, simply tap "Add a Ticket to Upgrade."
- You'll be prompted to enter the ticket's ID number or, for even faster access, use your phone's camera to scan the ticket’s QR code.
- Once your tickets are linked, select the ticket you’d like to upgrade.
- From there, choose the Season Pass you’d like to upgrade to and complete your transaction.
- After checkout, your new Season Pass will be ready to use directly from the Dollywood App — just like that!
