To receive posted rates, advance reservations are required. These rates are not available at park ticket windows.
Theme park and water park reservations made at least 2 weeks in advance receive:
- 1 free ticket with every 15 admissions purchased at our regular group rate
- 1 free ticket for bus driver when CDL license is presented at Groups Booth (Sorry, but van drivers do not qualify.)
All group reservations will enjoy:

Meal Vouchers
- Valid at any dining location on park.
- Available in $10, $12, $15, $20 and $25 amounts.
- Purchase your meal vouchers at least 2 weeks in advance and recieve:
- 1 free $10 value meal voucher per every 15 meal vouchers purchased.
- 1 free $10 value meal voucher for bus driver (Sorry, van drivers do not qualify.)
Catered Meals
- Private catered meals in one of our pavilions for groups of 100+.
- Minimum of 100 paid meals is required. Group catered meal reservations must be made and prepaid at least 2 weeks in advance.

For the quickest and best entry experience, prepay at least 2 weeks in advance and have your tickets shipped to you at no additional cost! Distributing tickets to your group in advance will expedite park entrance.
Bus parking is FREE! You will receive parking details with your reservation confirmation.

Dollywood Theme Park Options
All-Season Souvenir Refillable Mugs
- $18.99 + tax each. Receive FREE fountain refills and discounted frozen refills through the end of the 2026 season.
- Mugs may be used at Dolllywood, Dollywood's Splash Country and Dollywood Resorts during the 2026 season.
- Special price requires mug purchase for each group member.
- Mugs must be pre-ordered by contacting Group Sales at (888) 428-3789 during normal business hours.
If it is raining when you leave the Park and your visit is shortened by the rain, you can request a Rain Check—just ask. Rain Checks are distributed at the Ticket Annex, Guest Services and any one-day ticket window and are valid until the end of the season. Rain Checks are not available for Season Passholders.
TimeSaver passes are not rain check or refund eligible.
