Step 2. Purchase your Volunteer Summer Pass using the links above.

You will receive an email containing confirmation of your purchase as well as instructions on how to process and redeem your Volunteer Summer Pass at Dollywood.

Step 3. Bring your confirmation email and proof of residency (state or federally issued photo ID displaying an eligible East Tennessee zip code) to the Dollywood Front Gate ticket windows on your first visit to the park to process and receive your photo card. IMPORTANT NOTE: All passholders must be present with the purchaser to be able to process and receive their Volunteer Summer Pass card. See eligibility chart below for details on accepted proof of residency.
