There's nothing more nostalgic than a carousel ride, and Dollywood's carousel features 60 beautifully painted animals, including the lead horse that is lovingly referred to as "Dolly" because of its flowing blonde mane. Calliope music fills the air and creates a fun-filled setting where moms and dads steady their little ones as delighted first-time riders sit tall in the saddle. Or, grandparents reminisce as their own memories take them back in time. Smiles abound as the carousel spins, spreading laughter to all aboard.

On this nostalgic carousel family ride with 60 animals, the seats move up and down as the ride revolves. Small children must wear a seat belt around their waist. Guests who do not want to ride in a moving seat may sit in the stationary chariot (bench seat).
Under 42 in. must be accompanied by someone 14 or older.
